If you ever want your coffee in a timely manner, do not come here it always takes at least 30 minutes. Nice people but extremely slow.

If I could give this location zero stars, that’s exactly what they would get but unfortunately, Google allows them to have one star. When you go to this location expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes for your order because the staff is super slow and can’t keep up with the customers. Second expect this location to be out of most of their items and you will have to continue trying to order again and again with the barista who rolls her eyes every time you ask her something that they don’t have. You have people who work at this location who have absolutely no idea what location they work at or where it’s located. After the barista tried to give me two of my drinks I let him know there were two more. Apparently he can’t count. Make sure that you have all of your items before you leave the store because if you try to call and complain. They will do nothing to help you even though it was there. Sure you had to drive to the store that you have to wait 30 minutes for your order and then it’s wrong. There was a white man (didn’t get his name but I he is the incompetent manager)redheaded manager with glasses that talk to me when I finally did make it back into the store to tell me to calm down and not to be rude to him and that he was going to make a phone call and for another employee to watch me while he did it. I don’t know if he thought I was going to jump over the counter and steal some thing, but that’s exactly how he made me feel after he wouldn’t fix his mistake. Drive somewhere else or go to Dutch Bros this place is garbage and the people who work there are even worse. Thank God for corporate who made this store’s wrong right.

I received the best drive thru customer service, MINH is definitely the best worker. I went to Starbucks and Minh was super nice! He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work!

Love the PSL. This time of year is absolutely wonderful.
Very rude staff, granted I spilled a drink. I go to the counter to ask for a mop/assistance the lady tell s me I can’t help you I’m on bar I’ll send someone. The guy comes over with rags I tell him I’ll clean it up he ignores me continue to clean it up and I say thank you he completely ignores me again and walks away. Like WOW lol don’t recommend for studying on a Saturday morning.

I wanted to try the apple crisp shaken drink it was ok, I just wish I knew to stir it lol 😂 the guy at the drive through is always friendly and has a smile it helps especially leaving back into the weird parking lot off of 1960
The staff is absoultely amazing. The work togther well. There is "retail nice" and then there are these people. Drinks are always on point and if not, they got you with a legit smile.
