I just ordered an apple crisp oatmilk shaken expresso grande and I order them quite often from different Starbucks. To put it simply it just wasn’t the drink Ive grown to love. It was bitter as if they’d forgotten something in it. I was in a hurry so I asked for sugar but very disappointed overall with my experience at this Starbucks.

Not coming here again! two of the employees seemed irrated and rude which I understand it’s busy and it’s seasonal holidays but there facial expressions says it all!! including another employee was unprofessional. The Starbucks was about to be closed and he was sweeping the floor and he literally right away sweeped the food tables and chairs with the dirty broom like that’s unacceptable!! had to report this.

This was great find tucked away right off I-10. Ordered Bacon Sausage Wrap. Nuked, hot, ready to eat. It was a delicious quick breakfast meal. Hearty, ample portion. Friendly and attentive staff. Thank you Starbucks!
10/21/2024 i pulled to the drive through to order there was a car that was taking a bit after 4 minutes I noticed the worker and the car were having an entire conversation while there was 2 more cars behind me. I revved my engine to let them know my presence but they kept on chatting apparently they know each other and the conversation kept going for about 19minutes total. I couldn’t leave the line since I was stuck in between her and the cars behind me. I typically never complain but that was as pathetic I won’t say her name but if the manager sees this I’m Sure they’ll know who it was
