I decided to come to this location to do some homework. It was 100° and I was carrying a heavy bag. I asked for a water and the staff member refused to serve me water unless I bought something else. I have been coming to this location my whole life and never once have I been denied water like that. I was honestly appalled and disgusted so I left. You might as well charge me for the water. To deny people in the community water unless they buy something, especially in this TEXAS HEAT, is disgusting and greedy. Not to mention the staff member who acted like this water was coming out of his paycheck. They don’t want to hand out water but have the nerve to ask for a tip!
This Starbucks has an amazing team—everyone is incredibly friendly and even remembers customers by name. The store is always spotless, including the restrooms. It’s spacious and can get busy, but it’s still quiet enough to study or get work done.

Venti caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso stirred with light ice. I can speak Starbucks, but they can’t seem to deliver.
I made two trips for 1 cup of coffee and still did not get it right! At MY COST!

The barista needs to have a better attitude and be more friendly. We ordered about 5 drinks and her face was not pleasant. You get paid to be there if you don’t like it then find a different job. They also need to expand their vocabulary other than that’s it?? When I placed the first drink order.
Barists are rude and problematics with the costumers. Really bad attention and service. If you try to be kind they gonna be rude anyway. I dont really recommend this store
I normally frequent other Starbucks’s and always get a cute little note on my cup, but for whatever reason they seem to not be writing on cups at this location. I also ordered the lavender oatmilk iced latte and it seemed like the baristas didnt even bother trying to mix the lavender powder at the bottom.
My sandwich wrap was soggy, very stingy with the whip cream when asked in a small cup and it’s only for dogs according to name tag named “G” while I was with my toddler that wanted a small cup with whip cream, so ignorant with lack of respect

When a customer walks in; throws away a cup of Starbucks and asks for a cup of ice water. You give the customer an ice water.
You do not tell him, you have to purchase something.
If you must, ask him to see the app purchase. Better yet: if he looks like a gentleman , or a grown man or woman - take their word for it.
It infuriates me .. I spend an arm and a leg for your over priced drinks for me and family and I CANNOT EVEN GET A CUP OF WATER WHILE
IM NOT FEELING GOOD
I am going to substantially decrease my spend with this company as of today and visit summer moon instead

I came to pick up my drink and went through the drive thru. They told me they couldn't hand me the order, and that I have to go inside to grab it. I'm thinking, darn it's 5 in the morning, are they that busy? So I park my car and go inside to find them just chilling and my order is waiting on the counter. What the hell? Never coming back to this location.
I try not to brag. But I haven’t had this outstanding customer service from anyone in a drive thru in a while. I have to say this place deserves every hype. The genuine customer service & humility serves fluidly and with consistency. Steven for example had straight talent. From A-Z and probably may have not noticed. I had an indecisive moment and we were able to answer questions from the temperature of the what is chocolate in the bakery to what is delicious when heated. I cannot tell you how graceful and kind he is. With everybody. Consistently and considerate. Of when I make it to the drive thru. This is my favorite Starbucks I barely have enough funds in my bank account and got fired because I had a few bucks n my wallet. I select wisely. I wouldn’t even think differently. Or even think twice. Thanks Steven, you are so kind.
