Stood for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. At one point they all stood there looking at each other. Horrible service.

Very relaxing atmosphere and my iced mocha is always awesome. The baristas always greet you and say goodbye :)

I came to pick up my drink and went through the drive thru. They told me they couldn't hand me the order, and that I have to go inside to grab it. I'm thinking, darn it's 5 in the morning, are they that busy? So I park my car and go inside to find them just chilling and my order is waiting on the counter. What the hell? Never coming back to this location.
I try not to brag. But I haven’t had this outstanding customer service from anyone in a drive thru in a while. I have to say this place deserves every hype. The genuine customer service & humility serves fluidly and with consistency. Steven for example had straight talent. From A-Z and probably may have not noticed. I had an indecisive moment and we were able to answer questions from the temperature of the what is chocolate in the bakery to what is delicious when heated. I cannot tell you how graceful and kind he is. With everybody. Consistently and considerate. Of when I make it to the drive thru. This is my favorite Starbucks I barely have enough funds in my bank account and got fired because I had a few bucks n my wallet. I select wisely. I wouldn’t even think differently. Or even think twice. Thanks Steven, you are so kind.

I definitely don't recommend anyone going to this location. They are the only ones that asks for a tip from the drive-through.. like they literally pressure you..
Like Tell me why I went this Starbucks, and this lady was being all nice and jolly to me, but then when it came to ask if I wanted to leave a tip, upon the drive-through she gave me the silent treatment, and she stopped being all jolly bc I did not leave a tip
The girl look like she was in her 20s .. She was Hispanic and she had glasses...
They hit you with it's going to ask you a question...
Like if I want to leave a tip I will leave a tip.. like I don’t need it to be pressured on me when I’m trying to give them my card.

Music is pretty loud, the restrooms are unisex and I don't want to share a seat with a man who's peed all over the seat or worse left the seat up, gross, drinks are always subpar and their coffee tastes burnt, overpriced, need I go on? Do yourself a favor and just go to Homebrew across the street. There's a reason they are always busy and Starbucks isn't.

Always a pleasure going to Starbucks, I did feel bad for the Baristas. They looked exhausted and keeping up with all the extra load of customers must of been rough. Especially since the storm that hit us hard and many of us have had no power at home to eat. So everyone is out and about getting food from locations that were thankfully open.
I hope those batistas get a special something/thanks from their employer.

Maybe I was there at a bad time. It was 2:30 PM and there were only 3 customers in the store. So far as I can tell there was no drive through business. Two employees were there wearing ear buds, leaning on the counter and paying no attention to customers. I had to raise my voice to be noticed. I ordered a latte, which was sloppily prepared. When I went back to get a packet of Splenda, once more I had to raise my voice and wave my arms to get the attention of a worker. I have no idea what was so important about whatever they were listening to with their earbuds. But I suspect that it wasn’t as important as a dine-in customer.

Good choice and coffee is still the same, nothing has changed. The space is spacious and convenient
if you know anything about me and my Google reviews, then you definitely know what I’m about to say. The same thing about McDonald’s is the same with Starbucks and you definitely should not be supporting them. Your money could go elsewhere and also it’s a lot cheaper to make your own coffee at home although I know it does take a bit more work.I just think that if you can save a couple of dollars and also a couple of lives then the world is in a better place. Starbucks also does not care further employees as much as a small businesses and smaller brands are able to. When they see workers struggling, they actually push back and make it harder for them. The boycott has been showing effectiveness so continue doing what you’re doing and as always much of love from Houston and the universe.

horrible customer service, I had a mobile order and waited in the store for 20 minutes. there were plenty of employees just standing there and the ones who were working were in no rush to make anyone's drink. I was late for an appointment and had to cancel my drink. I am very disappointed.
