If I can give 0 star, I will give 0 star. Their customer service is very bad, they’re very rule and cheap. It’s time when you get your drink you have to ask the straw. When Starbucks offered free drinks, they don’t have that offer. The way they talk very rule. If you have time, please go different store. DON’T GO THERE. THEY’RE VERY RULE

Atrocious service. I was the only one in line, yet had a wait forever because the workers (plural) had to finish their conversation. When I finally ordered, the customer service was substandard - her energy made it seem as if I was inconveniencing her.Today wasn’t the first instance like this, but it will certainly be the last.
