If You Are Uber eat driver or Doordah , don't come at this place , rhey don't care about driver . You'll wait for a pickup order about 10 to 15 minutes . So don't loose your time here

10 people around and no one cared to ask me what I was waiting for. I had to ask if someone was dealing with pick ups. And this is not the first Starbucks that this happened to me. Disgusting behavior for such expensive stuff.

TERRIBLE customer service. Got my order wrong three times when I was in the drive through and had to repeat it. I wanted a Trenta cold brew with pumpkin cream cold foam and the girl I spoke with told me I was not ordering it correctly.

It is a simple order. Don’t get my order wrong when I already told it to you TWICE and then correct me on the way I ordered it the 3rd time. I am a manager and I am embarrassed for this manager right now at this location.

The lady I spoke with on 12/12 at 1:25 in the drive through needs training on customer service and listening to the customer without pushback. It was so rude that I told her I am actually just going to leave and go to a different Starbucks.

This is the usual Starbucks with the standard layout, tables, places to sit inside and out. Friendly staff and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. It has 2 bathrooms (with a code). They started their Christmas decorations, so there are decorations going up!
Plenty of free parking and handicap Friendly.

Matcha was super clumpy and tasted HORRIBLE. I asked for a remake and it literally looked/tasted like they just gave me the same one. The girl at the drive thru was friendly, so I'll give them that. Next time, I'll just stick to Durham 😭

The drinks are awful. Way too much milk or oat milk on top. Super diluted and doesn’t taste like coffee.

The people who work there are visibly miserable and hate people.

This is, well now was my go to Starbucks location for years. But lately they have been getting my orders wrong. 3 days ago I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and was given a chocolate croissant. I told them to use stars for ONE drink and instead they used stars for TWO drinks. Today I ordered a strawberry acaį with WATER and NO ICE but was given one with lemonade and ice. Also ordered a caramel frappuccino with EXTRA caramel drizzle but instead there was no extra caramel drizzle. When bringing it to their attention, the girl in the drive thru gave an attitude and smacked her teeth. They have lost a loyal costumer to this location!
