The Drive Thru here is horrible. Waited 30 minutes and ended up doing a mobile order while waiting to see if that could expedite some of the process. I would strongly advise you to try inside instead.

The place was packed but the staff was courteous and very friendly. I didn’t even mind waiting since they were so nice and the mood definitely is appreciated when everyone is rushing to get their drinks and leave.
There was a tip added on my receipt that I didn’t authorize. Noticed on the receipt after using the drive through.

Worse experience. Racist employee at cash registered. Even with his coworkers, wouldn’t look at them or speak to them. He did not greet you at the door like he did to his “own kind”.

The staff is kind, just know it will take you around 15-20 min to go through the Drive - Thru. I’ve been here 3 times (and thought it was maybe a one time thing), but it seems that that’s just how they operate this location.
Don’t come if you are in a rush or don’t want to spend more than 20 minutes waiting in line.

Not sure what's going on. But it takes FOREVER to get through the drive-through. That being said, still some of the nicest staff at any location and im sure they'renot happy with how longbit takes some days eithrr! Their smile and good attitude does help when it's sometimes 15 min at the drive through.
