Every time I come into this location service is bad
Never have pike place coffee it’s just sucks.
Has happened more than few times I keep coming back thinking that may have changed but not at all.

It was clean atmosphere. Coffee cake I ordered was tasted old. Drink was not made correctly. Customer service needs a little friendlier touch.

Very disappointed—this has happened two days in a row now. The drive-through wait was ridiculously long, and to make things worse, I received the wrong order both times. Definitely not coming back.

This worse place ever yall . Don’t come here at all or waste ur time and money. This people make u feel like they don’t care about there customers. They don’t even make the coffee right at all . They made my drink at least 3 times in row . And they ask if I want refund and I said yes but then the manager told her no we couldn’t get a refund after they had already offered and taken my card for the refund but if I get one I have to pay for it if I want a drink even after all the trouble, They are very rude to customers specially the manager she is not good manger at all she not fair or goes through with their policy . Because I used to work in food service and when we mess up at the order we at least give them refund or we give them a free something cause we mess up their order . Some need to come check this Starbucks cause they are not good services . My drink is full of syrup it doesn’t even taste like coffee since they were making my drink in a rush after they kept messing up.

Bad customer service, kept giving me the wrong order drink 2 times and the lady told me she could refund me for the trouble and the manager came over and said no dont give then a refund after they had messed up my drink she said i either get a refund and give them back my coffee i had to wait for them to remake 3 times or pay and leave with the whole trouble they created while making my drink wrong 3 times, after all this they finally gave me my drink and i can tell they had made it in a hurry because it ended up tasting horrible not as it usually tasted since I ONLY get the same drink, I could taste it wasnt the same, and when in the past that this has happened with them they always have given me a refund and a new drink (has happened 2 times) I told my friends whom also come to this location and shared the problem/ opinion on this location. Will definitely be the last time coming to this location na the manager had an attitude while talking to me. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

The people that work at this location have nasty attitudes, seems like all they want to do is talk to each other instead of taking the customer and the coffee tastes horrible! Do better
