Shout out to this Starbucks for working as a true team! D. Cay was so professional in fixing a mistake that had happened the day before. Normally I do drive-thru which makes it hard to fix mistakes once you have taken off and started driving away (if you didn’t check your order right away) but today I stepped inside this location to enjoy my coffee. Nice place inside, clean, and cheerful staff.
I would like to add that the mistake was not at this drive-thru location! I simply asked if there was anything that I may be able to call and do since it was at an out of town location. A true team helping out another locations mistake (I offered to show receipt), now that’s class!!

I always come to this Starbucks but I'm not going there anymore because the lady that took my order was in a rush and she had a bad attitude and she even made mistake on my order and when I went back again to fix my order she ignored me and another lady had to come and fix my order. I don't think she needs to be in the front and take the orders from the customers .Thanks

Drove through and ordered a medicine ball and as I was about to pay at the window I was told by the manager on shift that she took care of it for me such a kind and selfless gesture after a cruddy week of being sick..Good people still exist and they for sure work at this Starbucks ?
