The loudest coffee shop on earth. Why don’t you turn down your music? This place is an assault on the auditory system. There is so much metal against metal and screaming and all kinds of other sounds that blend into the noise. Oh my God I can’t ever come here again. Horrible. And people are more interested in taking out the trash than addressing customers standing at the register. Rather than leaving them unattended, you can at least look up and smile and tell them you will be right with them. There is no hospitality here.

slowest starbucks i have ever been to the drive through takes 20 minutes on a good day not even for breakfast. it's most likely due to the location and the fact that it's on the beltway and gets a lot of traction, however most all Starbucks is in Houston Texas are on a big road. If you are going to get from this Starbucks, make sure you order ahead of time at least 10 minutes before you leave and pick up in store, I did this and still 20 minutes this morning and yesterday. You will still typically have to wait, but it's much less of a wait than going through the drive-through, they really don't care about the drive-through at all

A true example of being professional! That is my massage to Ms Chloe, we ordered a drink which was taken off menu, I wish I could give you more than 5 star Ms Chloe, best service I got in Starbucks so far.

Every time I come into this location service is bad
Never have pike place coffee it’s just sucks.
Has happened more than few times I keep coming back thinking that may have changed but not at all.

It was clean atmosphere. Coffee cake I ordered was tasted old. Drink was not made correctly. Customer service needs a little friendlier touch.

Very disappointed—this has happened two days in a row now. The drive-through wait was ridiculously long, and to make things worse, I received the wrong order both times. Definitely not coming back.
