I always come to this Starbucks but I'm not going there anymore because the lady that took my order was in a rush and she had a bad attitude and she even made mistake on my order and when I went back again to fix my order she ignored me and another lady had to come and fix my order. I don't think she needs to be in the front and take the orders from the customers .Thanks

Drove through and ordered a medicine ball and as I was about to pay at the window I was told by the manager on shift that she took care of it for me such a kind and selfless gesture after a cruddy week of being sick..Good people still exist and they for sure work at this Starbucks ?

I got the sausage wrap in the drive thru. It was not good and no flavor at all. The most bland thing I have ever tasted. I wouldn't recommend it all.It was cold in the middle buy hot on the outside. Something needs to be done to cook these add the correct temperature. And it needs flavor.

This location is probably one of the worst locations I've been to. The manager is on leave, and you have Blair in charge, which is a disaster waiting to happen. She has NO leadership skills, and the team is afraid of her due to her unprofessional attitude. I do hope they send some management personnel to help organize this location. ?

I was missing a drink and instead of helping with the situation. They denied my party ever paid for the missing drink. Then once I found the missing drink, the supervisor said “ oh, we don’t keep receipts for that long, go ahead and take it”. Usually a good location but they have an attitude today. Hope their day gets better ☺️

Being That This Location Is Very Convenient And Located Around A lot Of Medical Offices I'm Sure A lot Of Medical Professionals Stop here for coffee . However I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THAT ! This Morning Staff Is VERY And Not Considerate That There Are People Trying To Make it to work . I Ordered A Very simple drink and a breakfast burrito @7:40 , Didn't leave the store until 8:10 . Waited 30mins For a Grande Hot Caramel Macchiato Upside down . The burrito came fast but that's expected it's the people making the drinks that move entirely too slow . Get a new Morning Team .

Expected to start the day with a good coffee from Starbucks (11611 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079) but unfortunately got cups of milk with smell of caramel mixed in hot water. End up stopping by McDonald’s to get the same order and surprisedly it was much better. I can feel the coffee and caramel. I am just disappointed as quality is no more a priority at Starbucks! Need certainly a better service quality management…

What an amazing shop! My three siblings and I had been to a memorial and out to visit our grandmothers grave and decided we needed a coffee to get us through the long drive home and who would have thought this would have been the perfect place to stop. The young lady heard the four of us back and forth saying who was going to pay for our coffees and unknowing SHE PAID FOR OUR COFFEES! The sweetest act of kindness on a rough day gave us the hope that there are still great people in this world! I didn’t get her name but if she sees this THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Employees has no patient to explain or listen to my order.I end out ordering my usual Nitro cold brew.I am the only customer and still take them long time to give me my order because they're doing nothing but gossip.The Nitro cold brew test nothing but regular black coffee. Don't test smooth as it should be only bitter and dark black coffeeThis is not the first time I have bad impression for this location.I think to give another try but still very disappointed
