Coffee is great here, but, I ordered one of those iced protein caramel matcha drinks, and I asked the barista to put only a little bit of ice, over emphasizing the word little. And we still get 3/4 of a cup of ice in there. So we paid for a big cup of ice and only a little bit of Starbucks drink that was only good for a couple of gulps of flavor. A little disappointing to say the least. And it’s not just this Starbucks store…. All of the other Starbucks stores seem to be the same way. 🙄

This location is the worst. I ordered a mobile order for pickup. I get all the way down there and they said they can’t make my order. I don’t understand why I am able to order something in the app, but you can’t make it. Any other time at any other location, the app tells you that you can’t order it. I’m going to stop coming here all together. Every time I order something I get an attitude or there is an issue.

I'm actually disappointed. I went to pick up a mobile order, and saw a employee with her pants all the way down where I could see her butt Crack and found it unhygienic and gross. I hope this women can fix her appearance because I wasn't the only customer to see this, and i for sure won't be coming back to this location.

I went to the drive through area 8/1/25 durning the morning and ordered a strawberry Açaí / peach juice . Where are the strawberries 🍓 not one . They could have been considerate an indicated if I would like to substitute or change my entire order . 😒You realize folks do want what they pay for !!!!!!

They didn't want to give free water. I bought a drink instead, but I sent somebody to ask went they don't provide free water, they said that the policy changed and if I want water I need to make a purchase, I broughtthe drink back to show her i made a purchase and she told me to go to the cashier, but the line was very long so I just left. They were rude and ridiculous.

Did my order online and I told the barista I didn’t want it with blonde espresso he said ok I can make it again but is going to be a lil bit so I waited and he still gave me that same one he was trying to give me earlier so he made me wait just to give me the same cup he had did early 😡

This location may have never been great but it has recently gotten worse, Today I used my 200 points for a free Nitro coldbrew , no alterations just a normal Nitro sweet cream cold brew and I ordered before I got to work and had planned on grabbing it before I clocked in.
I get there and they have their main gate shut and are funneling people in and out of the small entry way which seems like a fire Hazzard.
There is no real discernable line for pick up or ordering, I end up having to leave and come back and when I do I find out my drink was in fact done but they kept it behind the counter in a pile with other orders, my drink was white I don't have it in me to try and correct them and have it remade they were very busy and it would've taken even longer and I've gotten this drink at this location before and it comes out just at white when it should be way more brown it was all milk and because of how the point system works and I used my 200 points it was a 200$ cup of milk.
Also within the past year , I'm not sure if it's a company change or just this location but they won't give you a cup of water anymore unless you buy something and I've tried to respect that but you can't order it on the app and when I order to pick up and then ask for some water they always act like it's such a problem and if I was able to order it and make it easier on them I would but I can't and sometimes they try to tell me I can't have it even though I bought the other stuff just so I could get water , overall this location is very disorganized and I can see the attempts to make it more but it's not working and it's really a pain paying 200$ for a cup of sweet milk when I wanted coffee

I waited over 40min for a drink.... ridiculous. I was standing there waiting for them to set my drink down so I could pick it up and they had it in the back the whole time. It wasn't until I asked that I found out that my drink was already made. Definitely never going back.

THE MANAGER HERE IS TERRIBLE! I work in Willowbrook Mall, and my coworkers and I used to frequent this Starbucks, but never again. The manager is an older Caucasian lady with glasses and always has her hair in a ponytail. She REFUSES to give her name when asked. She's told us to our faces to go to another Starbucks if we don't like the way she mashed drinks (which are NEVER correct). She yelled at my boss and I when we walked in to pick up our mobile order. We ordered ahead, 20 minutes after Starbucks opened. We waited 15 minutes and walked to pick it up. When we arrived, the store appeared closed and the manager came out demanding to know what we were doing there. Told her we were picking up a mobile order. She LAUGHED at us and told us the store wasn't open and that if we wanted coffee to go somewhere else. I want to know how this woman became a manager! She now has a reputation throughout the mall with the mall employees as being incredibly rude. Worst customer service I've received in years. She has no business being around people. What kind of business allows a member of their staff to bully and yell at their customers? I refuse to get coffee here and my staff and I have begun spreading word throughout the mall staff about this woman. Abhorrent behavior.

ordered matcha latte and chocolate cookie crumble, literally took somebody to make them after 30 minutes when i show up and ask for the drinks. barista said that there wasnt any whip cream in stock but thats an add-on and its not like theres any replacement for whip cream. somebody could’ve made the order and let me know if i were to ask about it. before anyone says anything, i was sitting at the front tables and they looked at me like i didnt order anything. after sipping a few sips i realized that my frap isnt made all the way and there was still a whole chunk of ice, ended up getting a refund but rude employees mentioned that they were busy and said that i dont work in customer service so i wouldnt understand the situation that they were in.

i do not care if its busy or not, i paid for my drinks and the service just to see 20+ people had their drink, please do your job correctly and dont make up excuses for anything.

I really dislike this starbucks. I noticed they add a lot of whipped cream at the bottom of Frappuccinos, giving you less content to drink because then they add whipped cream at the top. Second time I went to this starbucks I ordered a tall latte and they gave me a short cup. They were giving everyone a short cup but charged for a tall. I will never order for this place again.

The worker Emily who made my coffee was very rude and the other customers noticed and called her out. Very disappointed.
Thank you to the client who spoke for me and told him how rude he was to me and that as a client he deserved an apology.
