If you order a Frappuccino it is more ice than liquid from the preparation, that is, it has almost no flavor but pure water. I ordered a Medium cappuccino and they gave me a large one, obviously they charged it as a large one and when it was served it was less than half the glass of liquid and the rest foam. They should prepare employees more because it doesn't make sense...
Typical Starbucks - but I have to give them credit...they played some tunes while I was there! In the spam of 20 minutes I sat and drank my coffee I heard songs by Cake, Depeche Mode, and Jeff Buckley. Anna took my order, and there was a lovely lady with bluish streaks in her hair that was very friendly and took care of me as a customer. If I am in this mall....this is where I am getting my coffee and listening to good music!

I get there and they have their main gate shut and are funneling people in and out of the small entry way which seems like a fire Hazzard.
There is no real discernable line for pick up or ordering,...
