Just pray you get them on a good day. If not you will be waiting in that line forever and your drink will not be good but if it’s a good day then you will be good. Nice workers but they seem understaffed

Very very very very very bad service, no nice greeting, racist facial expressions when looking at me, my order didn't have whipped cream, mocha sauce, cookie crumble and I bought an extra single shot of espresso!!!!

You don't like me, neither do I, there's nothing I see good about you!! I took a mobile order at the drive thru and was served by a woman and poured coffee and handed it to me roughly!!!!!

I've come to this Starbucks so many times, but recently the service has just been bad mainly the attitude.

Y'all also need to change that Ice, I've noticed they be stuffing the cups full of ice. Since they are chunks they take up more space then the actual drink itself.

Waited in line 15min just to receive horrible drinks. Caramel ribbon crunch with none of the accessories that make it a caramel ribbon crunch. Caramel macciato was made wrong a taste like they just put it back k in the steamer and ga e ot back. This location is inconsistent and doesn't exemplify the standards that Starbucks has. Especially in drink making. People pay extra for certain items. Your stealing if you don't have integrity in order making. Corporate needs to look at this location this happens all the time. You literally have to go in and watch them make your drinks.

Server made me a fantastic drink and all I told her I wanted was a caramel drink on ice. She turned my wish into a dream! I'll never drink a macchiato the same again! Appreciate her!

I placed a mobile order for this location at 4:38 AM when opening time says 4:30 AM. My order went through and i was charged but when I went to the store to pickup no one was there. The door was locked and no one answered at drive thru, but all the lights were on and music was playing. I didn’t receive my order and was charged for nothing.

This review is for the early morning (opening) employees. I have been to this location multiple times in the last year and I just wanna say every time I come to this location I leave with a nasty drink and a nastier customer service experience. I have ordered different drinks and the quality is so nasty on these drinks. The lady working drive thru always has an attitude and is so rude. I have given this place multiple opportunities for them to get better and improve but obviously these employees hate their jobs. I have seen these employees talk bad about customers that are ordering at the drive thru and they don’t care. They roll their eyes and talk shit about customers in front of other customers.
