We ordered through app and arrived there for pick up. We waited like more than 20 minutes, and the baristas were just talking and making the drinks really slow. During that time, there were 2 or 3 customers in the store, it was not that busy! It was the worst experience I’ve ever have at any Starbuck locations!!!

I placed an order at this location through the drive-thru this morning. The wait time was very long, and I had an unpleasant interaction with a young female employee who appeared visibly upset.
When I asked her for a lid for my coffee (which was very hot), she reacted angrily and handed it to me with a very poor attitude. Additionally, my $100 bill was not accepted, which I was not aware of beforehand.
Overall, the experience was negative due to the employee’s attitude.
This occurred at approximately 8:54 a.m.

There were two people in the store sat. Feb 7th 8pm. Store had 3 people in it and nobody in the drive thru. I stood at the counter while the girl inside made a drink. She look right at me didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything. The guy who was playing with cups at the other end of the counter saw me and after about 4 mins he came and asked if I had been helped. I said no, showed him my order and then they made it. I took them 10 mins just make and hand me a drink that was ordered online for pickup ahead of time. Ridiculous. No work ethic or etiquette.

I gave this location another try, and that was a mistake. The drinks are fair as far as flavor goes. But the staff that works the drive thru are rude, full of negative attitudes, and lack customer service skills. If I could choose 0 stars I would. Starbucks please train the staff or replace the rude ones. If you need help just copy the staff at Barker Cypress and West Road or Fry and Rustic Lake, they are awesome, treat everyone with respect, get to know the customers and are efficient.

If you plan on staying in business you will need to train your staff on customer service and management in supply and inventory management. Please explain to me how you can serve $8 coffees and consistently be out of sleeves. How can you put people at the window that lack skills in customer service. If they would only smile,be grateful and courteous.

A little slow but this is a spacious and clean location. Order placed at 7.32 pm on a Friday was served at 8.00 pm. The staff didnt seem to be organized.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter what day or time. It’s just slow. I’d rather drive to the one closer to my office than go to this one closer to home. It’s pretty bad when the drive through is so slow that cars get out of the line and drive off because they can’t want any more.

This is the first Starbucks I have ever been to that has had TERRIBLE service at the drive through. Slow, argumentative and not versed at all on the menu items. Based on other reviews as well, I'd say it's about time management makes a move fast or this location will surely close. Clearly there has been little to no staff training.

drinks are always great but the customer service is not very good :( wanted to use a coupon for my drink from my app but the guy at the drive thru didnt even say a word to me and js put the scanner and thingy to pay barely even looking at me. i know drive thru is hard because of the multi tasking but i had to pay full price when i went specifically for the $3 drink :( hope you guys can do better.

Worker that served me and my friend was lowkey super rude and had no personality, my friend asked a question about a drink and the worker with dreads responded rudely. Tbh attitude wasn’t needed but maybe she had a bad day 🤷‍♀️
