Worse experience ever at this location. Never coming back. You pay extra to get what you want and they can’t even do it. This is the only Starbucks they wont help you. You’re paying the extra money for items you want and they dont tell you until you pay and your items are ready then you have to waste more time to get a refund back. Worse customer service ever!

When you see a Starbucks with little traffic, that means one of two things. The coffee is trash or the service is. In this case, it's definitely the service. We went in to get tumblers on the 13th and the barista didn't even mention that they had a 30% off merchandise sale so I paid full price for what we bought. When I went to order online and saw the discount, I put a search for a very specific one that showed their location having it. I also saw it there just the day before. When I bought it, I called ahead to see if I could pick it up after I got off and WONDERLAND said these things 1.) They can't see what cup we wanted so I described it to her. 2.) She said they didn't have it. When I told her that the app referred their location she said they don't keep their availability on cups up to date because "no one ever orders cups online." Which is silly. Why would they have a search for you to find tumblers and yall just don't have it. 3.) She was so RUDE when I told her I saw one just yesterday. She said well it wasn't there now. Funny thing, I went in to pick up a cup and found the straws laying there but not the tumbler. Overall, I would never come back to this location. There's nothing warm about any of the baristas. Go figure why it's always empty.

Order Venti with no foam. When we got our order they were only 3/4 full with a quarter of that being foam. I went in and politely asked it to be filled to the top with no foam. The tall black manager walks over with attitude and tells the barista to just fill it up you ain’t gotta remake it (which we did not ask for) he continues to run his mouth saying they know you ain’t gotta…. As we were walking out like we did something wrong. I never once got the slightest of attitude and didn’t deserve to treated with his rudeness. Maybe you should reconsider your management if they can’t even handle a non issue-issue. The barista was great. Tall black male was the problem.

This is definitely one of the better Starbucks in Houston. They are an organized and efficient team, which I attribute to the manager. The workers are actually nice and sensible. They have amazing customer service which always goes a long way.
Just left with my order both drinks were not made right I ordered a iced pecan crunch oat milk latte and it didn’t even have the cold foam or pecan crunch toppings doesn’t even taste like espresso or anything just milk so sad I’ve gotten this drink multiple times never been this disappointed
Would not give me what I wanted to order Rude and kept telling me how to make my drink when I’m specifically telling you how I want my drink not how you want it I’m paying for it I go to Starbucks EVERYDAY but this location Durham and shepherd needs a better night crew the lady needs to go at least

This was my first time there, If I could give this place negative zero stars I would and they were so rude especially in the freaking morning who wants to hear all that whining in the morning before I go to work never coming here again there lucky I didn’t take back my tip so uncalled for
