Stopped by this location today on the way back from the dentist and we ordered two Americano’s and lemon poundcake. The order board where it says ordered with your name, then in progress, then ready. We sat there and watched two people fixing drinks and put what we thought was ours on the counter but the board never changed to ready with our name. I had walk up to see if they were our drinks and they were. I went to put milk in my coffee at their little drink supply table and it had splashed coffee all over it and a dishpan on it. It was a filthy thing. There were two girls in front of it sitting at a table looking at laptops, who had Starbucks clothing on. I asked them if they were employees there and they shook their heads, yes. I told them about how dirty the drink station was and they just nodded at me and had a look on their faces, not speaking to me, as if they were saying, yeah, so?! I just walked away, thinking about how Starbucks was considering shutting this location down. I think this kind of complacency can kill a business. There should be a manager there that cares about the appearance and aesthetics of the place. The employees did not look happy or customer aware.

I waited over 20 minutes in line and did not receive any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Customer service felt inattentive and unprofessional. Long waits can happen, but communication and courtesy make a difference. Unfortunately, that was lacking during this visit. I would not recommend this location if you are short on time.

Every-time I put in an order online it takes about 20-30 minutes to be ready even though it gives me a different time estimate on my app. One thing I’ve observed from waiting for my coffee is that usually there’s about four people slacking off and two people doing all the work and moving fast while the rest move like sloths. This is the slowest location I’ve been to by far and if it wasn’t for it being the closest location to my job, I would not be coming here.

When to drive thru and they pretty much said they were out of almost all of the holiday drinks. Which sucks because I’ve been looking forward to this all day. So I ended up ordering something else. When I received my drink it was only 3/4ths full and somehow my coffee was lukewarm. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever went to.
