Let’s not lie to ourselves. Chai is a black tea. I just want a little more flavor. I didn’t ask for milk. I could’ve just went and bought a half gallon of milk and why are the associates looking at me like I am poor because I am asking for more tea in my tea. Isn’t tea cheaper to make than it is to buy milk? !!! Let’s use our brains a little more. I feel like a prisoner every time I go to Starbucks. It’s like they don’t have a mind of their own or maybe they do, they just don’t want to use it.

In this store they don't scan in the application to get rewards and I wonder why? Aren't they a store just like the others? So to buy here and not get rewards, I prefer to buy in another store where they give me the opportunity to accumulate points and be able to use my rewards.

Got an iced Caramel Macchiato after bloodwork today, and it was great! They asked exactly how I wanted it and offered to add things to my liking. The two people working there at the time were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help! Especially the younger, blonde girl (I should've gotten your name, sorry). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a very short time:)

The young guy with blond hair is very mean and not respectful at all. He is always hyper and makes ridiculous, silly comments. Somebody should teach him the minimum level of manner, how to deal with customers especially in this kind of stores and how not to cross the line with the customer. I have heard other people from my friends saying the same thing about him. The other coworker girl is the opposite. She is nice, respectful and well behaved.
