Long line .I wanted my drink after my blood work .I couldn’t get it not acceible for disable .employee was taking to long with order and taking orders out .so I didn’t got my drink I had 3 people front of me .not accessible

Terrible service. I was here on may 7th 2023 at 3 PM (yes figure out the managers name) both the manager and the person who helped me were not following Starbucks High Quality Standards. They served me like warm coffee and when I complaint they steamed it which make it bad tasting. When I complained they said they would not brew me a greasy cup. Terrible! This is why we should use local coffee houses and not big chains. Last time I am going to Starbucks.

Clay Rd location is the worse!!! Horribly customer service!! First time doing a drive up and go with this location. The lady named Pattie is so RUDE!!! Very unprofessional and straight up disrespectful.

I like their intermittent Friday specials, $5 grande drink with pastry, or $6 venti drink with pastry. The service is usually fast for being a busy location. There’s a sweet Vietnamese lady there who always is so nice, and makes sure your order is correct.My complaint is for another lady there that is a little… different (lack of better words). I come here often and she never makes ordering drinks easy. She can hold up the line with her unorganized and talkative self. Recently I noticed that SB is shifting towards being eco friendly and I wanted to bring my own cup in to save plastic. When making my beverage she proceeded to grab a cup, but I had reminded her that I brought my own. She embarrassed me in front of other customers that there is cameras everywhere and that she didn’t know if they are still taking Covid precautions. She poured my venti drink in a grande cup and was about to pour out the rest out the shaker into the sink. I reminded her that I got a venti. She looks at my reusable cup and said the cup I brought is a grande. I told her it’s a 20oz cup! She laughed obnoxiously and said it looks small. She then wasted another plastic cup to pour the drink out, and I had to throw away two plastic cups after pouring the drink into my reusable cup. What a clown. MY WHOLE PURPOSE WAS TO REDUCE PLASTIC AND SHE RUINED THAT.
