Ok so my friends and I went to get a drink, we ordered and we waited at the tables. While we were waiting, the old lady that works here was leaving and she kicked us out because we are “high school students.” We didn’t even get our drinks and they already kicking us out. They should worry more about customer service and not whatever they might be thinking. They obviously didn’t have my drink ready so I stayed. My friends also ordered and waited for me. That lady left another bartender working, which was bad for her part. Horrible customer service.

The old white bartender lady that works there is so grumpy. She does not like her job and us customers have to deal with her attitude. I barely had gotten out of my school after a long day of testing. I went to go get a starbucks refresher and while i had placed my order i was waiting with my friends. She decided to start screaming and kicked us out because we were “high schoolers” preventing other customers from having a seat, when we were literally customers. Not only that, but she was rude about us leaving even after we told her we had placed our order. Our orders weren't even ready so we weren't gonna leave without them. Overall very bad customer service.

I found pieces of plastic in my drink. Maybe since I ordered full cup of ice it came from ice machine? It curled up, maybe the coffee grinder? I also noticed my coffee grounds weren’t as fine, floating around bottom of my cup.

I went there for a soy cappuccino, but it seems like the lady who served me doesn't like her job. She boiled my soy milk, causing it to be all frothy with bubbles, so now my medium-sized coffee looks more like a small one. The coffee was also very hot and tasted burnt...waste of money!

Came in to Starbucks and stood at the register for 25 minutes and no one came. Kroger staff (Who was very rude and unprofessional) called for assistance but no one ever showed up. This is poor customer service
