Took forever to take my order. The service was bare minimum and took literally forever. Tammy (the woman who took my order) gave me attitude when I tried to place my order and so was the other worker. The drinks were decent. Ambiance wise; probably just the standard Starbucks. Go for the drinks and the convenience not the service.

Came in to Starbucks and stood at the register for 25 minutes and no one came. Kroger staff (Who was very rude and unprofessional) called for assistance but no one ever showed up. This is poor customer service

My sister and I came to a different location (closer to my sisters apartment) to study for school. We both had research papers to do. We were just at this location yesterday and it was a great experience (which I always get at Starbucks). But today was a very different story. I left this location shaking and very upset. We walk in and there is no hello greeting like we always hear. Instead, we get to the register and the worker that doesn't have a pink hair, but has short hair and is the taller one, said in a very annoyed voice," we will be right with you". Mind you, it's not busy inside nor the drive thru. But we waited patiently. My sister placed her order but then when it came to mine, she cut me off saying "we don't have any cold brew". I look puzzled because I don't like Frappuccino's . My sister was trying to recommend something and finally we agreed on something for me to order. I stayed to the employee they had cold brew yesterday and she's annoyed saying "well I have coworkers that don't know how to do their job and didn't make any ahead for us" . She stayed something in the sense that it had to be made something like 24 hours in advance. She was saying she has lazy coworkers. (More in pictures)

Jasmine is great ?. She was alone, swamped with customers and was able to serve every person in a perfect amount of time. Excellent customer service from the employee.

I asked a machiato and they gave me a latte, I asked a hot chocolate and they gave me hot milk...very bad everything.

Omg, my caramel macchiato is not same, Taste like, regular coffee with cream, barely any sweet. I got to re-think about going to starsbuck.

Meet rude guy who tried to speak down to me, when I asked him about my rewards. Location is great.

Before I get started this one star is a reflection of a man who appeared to be the manager, NOT this Starbucks location. Listen, I'm a regular at this Starbucks and so much so that I have a 400 point reward that I wanted to use today. I went inside and there was the sweetest girl at the register helping me out to get a merchandise item that I wanted to use my points on. I believe she was new and I don't think I've ever seen her. She was trying to find a reusable tumblr that's the size of a venti iced drink, frosted looking. A man who wears glasses, is read head/ginger, and pale skinned walked up (I believe he was the manager I've seen him there multiple times and I am fairly certain) He was supposed to be "helping her" find the cup in a cabinet, but instead of helping he was demanding, condescending, and so rude. He was treating her like she was an idiot when she couldn't find the package with all the cups. Meanwhile she was doing so with a smile and super nice. But he was talking to her as a two year old. And he would not stop going on about my choice of a reward and wouldn't stop telling me it's a bad choice in many ways. "Certainly not worth 400 you're points", "this is a 4 dollar cup for a 20 dollar reward." And maybe it's a silly choice but it's the one that I, THE customer who won this reward chooses. And if it was a 20 dollar he's so concerned about he didn't think to offer to compensate by adding another cup, or literally anything. So why was he so pressed? I didn't like how he was mansplaining things, rushing things, being demanding, and being so rude to both me and my friend checking out, and that very friendly cashier. Excellent job on her part through it all, but as for the redhead, he did a terrible job.
