Recently moved to this area for work, first time going to this location and it will 1000% be my last!! I’ve never in my life been handed a HALF EMPTY drink because I asked for no ice. Got told it was empty because the ice was part of the charged ingredients… buddy everyone knows ice water is free at Starbucks. Additionally my sandwich order was wrong because they only have THREE visual options on the menu. The disrespect from the man at register has sent me searching for the next Starbucks location. Never been so disgusted by this franchise as I was today.

This Starbucks sucks they supposedly have NO RESTROOMS ?, eeew so where do employees use the restroom? and how can we as customers see if they wash their hands ??? It should be mandatory to provide customers with a restroom, so we can wash our hands and use it if we have to , without us customers feeling like we’re bothering them, when asking them to use the frkn restroom …. I was going to order 5 Frappuccinos but after this lazyy negative energy I got I decided to not give them my money ? I’ll just go to a different coffee shop , where they treat customers like customers and provide them with a restroom …

Ordered online for pickup. Order was ready as I pulled into the parking lot. Barista appeared to be working alone and still greeted me and asked if I'd like a straw. I prefer to drive thru but this location is the most convenient, glad I tried it!Parking: They have several spots designated for pick up only but people can be so entitled.
No parking, no drive thru, not a place to sit. This store definitely want you to just come and pick up. Disappointing location for Starbucks standards.
