Every time I come in, Miss Porter is always the sweetest. She gives me the biggest hug and always ask me about my son. I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. Everyone else is very rude. Bad attitudes..

Once I get to work, I got to grab a hot cup of coffee and it has to be at the Starbucks in the Westin! I am a coffee snob and if the coffee is not up to bar, I do not visit the facility anymore but these ladies, (Elois, Ashley and Evelyn) know me by name. this is MY lady baristas are amazing! They remember my drink and makes it perfectly and always with a smile. I love this location, thanks ladies!

When our staff gets here at 5 am to start our day seeing patients for surgery our early morning fix is the Westin hotel Starbucks. We are always greeted with a smile and a big hello. The customer service has always been above the bar. And the personal affirmations messages Ms.porter, Michelle,Ashley and Kandra, and Evelyn write on our cups each day. Even though they don’t have to. Those little steps Ms.porter, Michelle,Ashley and Kandra, and Evelyn do makes the start of day...
