My sister and I decided to go here to grab my birthday freebie drink and service was good. They wished me a happy birthday and genuinely meant it. I ordered the cinnamon caramel cold brew and it was pretty good. Overall nice little starbucks. Parking is tight so maybe go during off hours.

Not sure what happened to this place but..they are always adequately staffed but seem to not be able to make mobile orders in a timely or accurate manner. The staff that were here previously were far more organized and always got the drinks right. Time to try another location or brand all together. For a $7 drink I generally expect it to be hot, and correctly made.

This is the best Starbucks! I go here almost every day. I live downtown and have several coffee shops around but I always choose this location. My drink is always ready fast and someone is attentive that everything is good. sometimes the baristas greet me synchronized when I walk in and I don’t really like that but I know it’s part of the job. The coffee is always consistent here too. If you want your coffee and want it good this is the place. My only critique is running out of the ingredients to make fraps because sometimes I crave one on the weekends and is so disappointing. Big plus: they are always so kind and loving to my pup ❤️

The valet attendant (Gerardo) was amazing. Even helped my wife and baby carry bags to my room. Very very impressed by the service. 200 characters is way too much of a minimum requirement. Just typing words now.

I work across the street and have been going to this Starbucks a couple times a week for about 2 years and the staff is nothing but warm and welcoming. The leadership is exceptional always handling everything from upset guest to crazy homeless people with grace and professionalism that feels like luxury level customer care. Every single time I've gone I have been treated extremely well and it deserves to be recognized.

The hotel employees are respectful and attentive, the valet are respectful and fast . Gerardo was very respectful and helped me with the valet service and assured me that he would get it in less then 5 mins , and he kept his word. One thing though is the room is a bit small but the service makes up for it. I would come back here again.
