One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had.
This location inside Target is always understaffed, and they usually have just one person running the entire store. The poor employee can’t keep up with the orders, which leads to ridiculously long wait times, wrong drinks, and a lot of frustration. I ordered something simple, and not only did it take forever, but it was also made incorrectly. It feels chaotic and unprofessional every time I stop by. Honestly, Starbucks should not allow a location to operate like this—it reflects badly on the brand. Definitely not worth the time or the money.

Nowadays somehow coffee here is tasteless and also flavorless. I mean after spending more than $6 per cup, at least a decent coffee should be provided. Not sure if they adding water more than milk nowadays.

Chase absolutely crushed it today! 🙌 From the warm smiles to the flawless drink skills, he made my Starbucks stop way better than expected. Chase was super quick with the order and made sure everything was just right. If you're lucky enough to catch him on shift, you're in for a solid start to your day.
I’ve been a Starbucks fan from day one! No matter what location I’m at in or out of town the workers are extremely polite, exceptional and a delightful to engage with. The training program has to be one of the utmost importance gear towards professionalism and making it right! Thks STARBUCKS for never disappointing me. ?

Rude customer service

The guy with the ponytail has bad customer service. When I got there, no one was at the register. I looked at the cups while I waited for my order to be taken. The guy that came out saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me. He went straight to restocking the coffee. I waited a couple minutes and he still didn’t acknowledge me. At that point I just left because he obviously didn’t care to take my order. Super tacky.

Service was quick and friendly. I ordered the Caffe Latte with oat milk. It tastes like a lot of oat milk and a little coffee. I wish that there were more sugar free flavors.

The Asian lady that was making the drinks had poor customer service. Was very rude when I told her she made my drinks incorrectly. While my drink was still in my hand she snatched it. I wanted to say a lot of things, but since she is emo or gothic I didn’t want her crying and slitting her wrist later.
