My 12-year-old child recently suffered a stroke, a challenging and life-altering event for our family. During this difficult time, we found solace in the welcoming environment.
The warmth and kindness of the baristas provided not just a comforting cup of coffee, but also moments of respite and connection amidst the stress.
Starbucks has always been a place where we could gather and create memories, and during this challenging period, it became a sanctuary for us. The compassion shown by the staff made a significant difference in our days, reminding us of the power of community and support.

I was with my dad at Methodist Hospital and needed my afternoon coffee and a snack. I ordered from this Starbucks and had it delivered to my dad's room, where I was at. The delivery driver took a while, he got lost.
My grande macchiato was no longer hot, but it still tasted good. I don't blame the driver for not finding the correct building, floor, and room. The Medical Center is massive.
I was disappointed with my turkey provolone and pesto sandwich. The turkey, my protein, was missing from the sandwich. The sandwich was sloppy! It's on Starbucks, and their staff didn't read the order correctly or pay attention.

Went there one day to order. I went to use the restroom and the black security guard point at me, nearly poking me in the eye and said that he gonna ask me to leave if I didn't order. I went to order while he was intensely staring me with his arms crossed. I'm scared to come back here. Lose that security guard and maybe, just maybe I'll come back.
It is the most inefficient and disorganized establishment I have ever seen.
It took a long time and, on top of that, the order didn't come out at once: instead, 40 minutes passed between the first coffee and the last of the 5 that I ordered. People's orders were piling up at the bar without any order. Of joke.

ive made this my go to starbucks for almost a year now because all the baristas are so friendly and very upfront with whos order theyre working on and when it'll be ready. they are very helpful and quick if you ever have any questions and ive had no problems here :)
Placed a mobile order and order was stolen, but I showed them my receipt and they remade my order so all good👍

This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff knows the name of a good number of people that come in every morning! This Starbucks serves a lot of healthcare workers and I am sure it makes their day to start off with this special team. I’ve only been in a few times traveling in from Orlando, but the experience is always the same. Congrats to the management team and staff for spreading joy every morning.

Never been a fan of Starbucks, and once again I was disappointed. The cappuccino foam had "soap-water" texture, not micro-foam as it should. I excuse a lot of restaurants and non-cafés with low coffee output, but Starbucks should do much better. I also did not appreciate the pre-set tip buttons ($1 / $2 / $5). For my $5.25 order that was 20%, 40% and 100% tip. This should be calculated automatically based on your order. And why am I tipping before I have even tasted the coffee? The pre-service tipping just gives the employer the opportunity to pay it's employers ridiculously low salaries.
The young gentleman also had a very bad attitude. Didn't feel welcome at all.

This was a hopping cafe, carrying the old school Starbucks “third place” vibe! As a long time partner I was elated to witness the genuine customer connections, the bright & welcoming atmosphere and a team of baristas that worked together like a well oiled machine. Bravo!! To the manager, Sarah, for leading with such grace & maintaining the culture of Starbucks! Extra shout out to Helen who was rocking the register while making each guest feel seen and valued.

I love coffee, and good coffee spots. I have never really been a fan of Starbucks. But this Starbucks SHOCKED me. I stepped in here briefly because it was really the only coffee option in the moment, and I was not expecting much. But the staff was way more friendly than I've experienced in the past, and the coffee was a surprise as well. I really enjoyed this location in comparison to all the other times and places I've gone into a Starbucks. Thank you for a good experience here.
