This location is extremely slow. Mobile order said ready at 9:02 at 9:20 my order still wasn’t ready, i ordered a coffee & was waiting on the sandwich. All you have to do is heat up the sandwich therefore i am not understanding the wait time. they also forgot to add the whipped cream and caramel drizzle on my coffee which i did pay extra for. this is unacceptable.

This location is painfully slow. Mobile order pickup said ready at a certain time. Waited nearly 25 minutes after said time for food to actually be ready. By that point, my hot drinks were already cold. Completely inexcusable wait time.

First time in Starbucks. The Barista could not find ingredients on the register although they were available online so I couldn't get any and I payed for cold foam and she forgot to add it to the drink. So I didn't get the toppings I wanted or payed for.

I wasn’t actually planning to write a review today. However, this was incredibly noteworthy. On 11/19/25, I was preparing for yet another chemo treatment. Those days are always challenging. Victoria and Wanda or Amber Earnestine (I’m getting that second name confused) were working a very busy line. While working they overheard me talking with my mother and another patron about how great the cold foam is. Both offered it as an option for my canned cold brew. It made all the difference and I really appreciated that. Even while they were incredibly busy, both were still focused on maximizing the customer experience. This seems to be a hallmark everywhere at MD Anderson. When you are a cancer patient, the smallest things can make the biggest difference. I’m so glad we stopped for coffee this morning! 😁

An older male employee, late 40's, eye glasses Hispanic in appearance working at this location engaged with me in a manner inconsistent with standard customer service.
The interaction began with a routine request for a refill. Instead of processing it, he initiated a dispute over the request and maintained an argumentative tone throughout.
The exchange created an adversarial atmosphere without cause. There was no prior contact or context between us. His approach appeared intentionally oppositional, resulting in an unnecessary confrontation.
This was my first visit to this location. The behavior observed would reasonably discourage future business from customers expecting a neutral and professional transaction.
