This is probably the worst Starbucks in kingwood and the only one that does DoorDash close to me. My drinks are consistently incorrect or just taste bad. Idk why I continue to spend exorbitant amounts of money at this establishment. I’ll just go in person to another location.

Everytime I come to this specific Starbucks the strawberry açaí refresher is watered down to the point it's a pink and not a dark red like it's supposed to be AND the drinks are FULL of ice. UNACCEPTABLE

i get it, starbucks closed at 10pm and we got here @9:50pm but be serious, the store hours of service is till 10pm . we went thru both drive thru and in front to get a drink.

4 stars cause sometimes they are understaffed, but that's not any workers fault. The staff has such a great energy. The girl working drive thru named Daisy served us and she was so sweet and personable.

I don’t know who is at the front, but couldn’t get a water in a cup. Offered money but he didn’t know how to critically think. Also had to wait 10 ish minutes for this… lovely place though. But no water in a cup…. Update: called and the customer service is just as slow, so if a purchase is necessary to get water because they don’t sell it, if I buy anything then I should be able to get a water in a cup, but the customer service just wasted my time.

Stood at the register for a solid 4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Noticed a FM employee scrolling her phone as I stood there. She finally finished up scrolling and approached the register. Really?

The older lady that spoke when drove up the menu was rude was heck. But the person who actually handed us our drinks was pleasant and friendly. The older lady is always unpleasant and needs to take a lesson from others in this location and that is not age shaming. Im over 50 but I do not act like I am mean and unhappy
