$6.20 for a medium latte with a side of terrible service. These kids forgot how to smile, and their manager didn't teach them manners, which is surprising given this is the service industry. It seemed like no one wanted to be at work, so go home, or maybe being rude is part of starbucks' new culture. Just another facility that's lost the concept of service while slapping us in the face with overpriced products. This shop reminded me why I stopped going to Starbucks. Beware all who enter this place severe depression is rampant.

I dropped off my daughter at work a few businesses over. Decided I wanted a pumpkin cream cold brew. Got it ready on the app and hit send at 1055am. Said it wood be ready at 1101am. Noticed there was not a long line so got in drive thru. Waited for one car to pull up then was asked to wait. Guy finally came back and when I told him I an ordered through the app for the drive-thru and gave him my name, he proceeded to scold me for not giving him 10-12 minutes for them to make my order. He said it was a requirement through the app that they needed this much time to prepare an order. I told him it doesn't say that on the app. I rounded the corner and there were four cars in front of me. By the time I pulled up to the window, it was exactly 11:01 and my order was ready. I don't like being told that I'm doing something wrong when there's nothing that says they need that long to make my drink. The funny thing is if I had just pulled up to the drive-thru menu and ordered. He would have had to have made my drink by the time I got to the window without scolding me. There was no reason to scold me. Try to do better with your customer service.

BEST STARBUCKS of ALL KINGWOOD! i will drive an extra 15 minutes just to come to this starbucks. Denise the supervisor was so understanding when my mobile order was lost, she was very nice and quick about resolving my issue.

Inconsistent, drinks are not the same. Are recipes not followed? Bland, not like in other starbucks stores.

The worst experience ever!I had to ask twice for my mobil order which was sitting in the drive thru order… 10 min later cause cashier wouldn’t even check for me the first time.Slow… service… when it wasn’t even busy.

Morning crew is so miserable. They make you feel bad for even existing. I politely asked for a remake and I get treated like it's my fault my drink is wrong. My second drink was better, but customer service skills are definitely missing and need touching up.

This is the worst Starbucks in Kingwood. The employees are rude, the service is so slow, and their drinks always taste weird. We have 5 other local locations, avoid this one at all cost!
