They get the drinks out quickly even though they’re usually packed. Cold brew is my go to with a pesto egg sammie. Their sandwiches are surprisingly pretty good!

I been waiting for may coffee for more then 10 minutes and the cashier even she didnt care it was slow even very slow this is on Sunday at 5pm stay away from this place plus you need to pay for the parking to go inside to get your coffee

Google should have a zero stars option. The people here do not pay attention. They didn’t close the lid on my drink and it spilled in my car. Also saw a spilled drink outside my window so clearly wasn’t the first time. They rushed me off without my full mobile order and after my drink spilling didn’t offer napkins and I had to ask 2x for them to hear me and finally give me some napkins. This is the closest Starbucks to my job, but WILL NOT be returning.

The coffee is over roasted… of course if you add a lot of milk, sugar and cream, you can hide it. But you can taste it even in a simple cappuccino. The staff is really good though, you guys are doing a good job. But the heart of the coffee shop is essentially coffee … and it’s not great.

I stop in here most days during my mental health walk and I am always greeted warmly, whether or not they are busy. They pay attention to my order and make it with care. I feel for these workers because they often get VERY snooty and snobby customers (including a super rude man who let his dog poop INSIDE and didn't apologize). Thank you to these workers for always being so pleasant.

Hello, I love starbucks. I am a FREQUENT customer. However, the last few times i've went to the w gray location , the lady at the window has an attitude. I remember her face because it has happened multiple times. I say thank you and she closes the window without saying anything. Today she turned her face up, after I said thank you and Merry Christmas then closed the window. Not sure whats going on ... Its just not great customer service.

The store manager at the store at shepherd and west gray falsely informed me without naming date that I had been loud in the store. The only other complaint that has never occurred in any other store is that I disrespectfully placed exact change of a large pour over on the counter and not in the hands. I have ordered 15 pour overs and waited patiently for at times 15 minutes for the delivery. I place the same order at store on Harold and shepherd and have never been told I should only exchange payment by hand rather than simply placing payment on the counter usually while waiting for the order as it's always the same cost
