I waited in the long line and the way the drive through is and my truck is long. I couldn't be next to the speaker so I couldn't order there. So I went to the window, and the guy said he couldn't take my order. So I had to leave. I will not be going back. Hello, Dutch brothers.

We paid for foam. Didn’t realize the drink was not acceptable until we got to our destination. I had a sick family member in the hospital, otherwise, I would have gone right back to show them the 0 star service they have at this location.

Either they don’t have good training or they just don’t care at all on how drinks are made here. Never had a problem with other locations. Went on Wednesday and got a water down matcha drink with no honey to taste it was a bland bitter taste I believe they forgot to add it in. Went again Thursday to try again and it was even worse this time it was loaded with honey, with the honey drowned at the bottom of my cup. Tried giving them a second chance, I’m staying away from this location.

Ordered ice black tea lemonade, when i got to the window I was handed a regular lemonade. Told them It was wrong and the girl said black tea was a seasonal item and was not available, which i thought was bs. Also another drink we had ordered was not made properly. Ended up passing another starbucks and was able to order an iced black tea lemonade.

Update.... I waited in drive-thru before getting my drink a total of 1 hour!!!! 1 HOUR just stuck unable to leave & go elsewhere. 1 HOUR in a drive-thru waiting!!! Instead of focusing on what your employees should wear, how about focusing on what's REALLY important SPEEDY SERVICE!!! If I was at work today, I'd be written up for going over my 1 hour lunch time. DO BETTER!!!
