7/31/25 - Do not come to this location when it’s busy. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and watched the workers hand several drinks to the wrong people who walked out without double checking their order. When the workers finally decided to ask why I was standing there they realized they handed my drink to the wrong person before I showed up. This location needs a new morning shift manager.

Wow - great location. Great service and nice people working there who are out to see you have a good experience. If you have questions they will answer them without making you feel like you should have already known. Will be back

I asked the lady for a bag and she refused to give me one and acted like she didn’t hear me although I asked twice. Also she seemed real judgmental because I decided to tip $1. I didn’t have to tip at all! All she did was hand me my food through drive thru, and not even give a bag! The machine was not working well and she took off the tip. I spent $12 and feel like I should’ve spent that somewhere else where I would be appreciated or at least get a bag without asking for one. Other than that, fast service. Don’t think I want to return. Don’t recommend to anyone I know.

My husband tried to surprise me for Valentine’s Day and I Got an iced matcha. They handed me the wrong drink, (some tan drink probably an iced mocha) they actually took the wrong drink back, wonder what they did with it??? Mind you the right drink was on the screen so I’m not sure how they got it wrong. Isn’t it policy to write something sweet for all orders yet my cup now??? Mine says nothing but I guess the ladies liked my hubby more… and it tastes like it has no sweetener. However the matcha looked like it was shaken properly however rare. There was no line so I don’t know what they were doing but I just thought it was weird. Maybe it’s the hotel next door idk but worst Starbucks really gone downhill unfortunately. My husband offered to take me to another one. This seems to be an ongoing trend. Even on special occasions Starbucks never fails at not being able to competently make an iced matcha. I make mine at home nowadays normally but even as a special treat avoid Starbucks altogether. They can’t even be sweet on Valentine’s Day 😪😭🥺

Terrible service. They say they close at 10:30 pm, I arrive at 9 pm and they close the door in my face. What a lack of respect they update their system and their staff!

I have came here thru drive-thru like 3 times and no issues when I go personally but I usually order it thru uber eats because my job is nearby and they always give my order wrong to the uber eat driver like 9/10 times. Two of the uber drivers went back to get the right order and they were denied and told that is what was on the receipt which was a lie because on my uber orders it showed what I ordered and was charged. The drinks are either wrong, too sweet, halfway full or missing items which is the worst! They never put straws or napkins in either !

After reading the reviews I’ve realized why every other country calls Americans extremely entitled. It’s a shame really. Anyways, today I went through the drive thru and I ordered a simple caramel macchiato nothing extra just two extra shots of espresso. When they handed me my cup I realized that they wrote on the lid. It’s little messages like these that can easily make someone’s day. Thank you baristas! they don’t give you guys enough credit for everything that you have to put up with.
So judging by the Previous reviews, I definitely should have read before I purchased.
On my way to work at the site to stop by the closest Starbucks by my job. I received a bagel that was not toasted at all after asking.
Along with a chai tea with 80% ice.
$11 down the drain. Do better please. People work hard for their money
