After reading the reviews I’ve realized why every other country calls Americans extremely entitled. It’s a shame really. Anyways, today I went through the drive thru and I ordered a simple caramel macchiato nothing extra just two extra shots of espresso. When they handed me my cup I realized that they wrote on the lid.
