Alanis, Arienis, Aracelli and Katelyn always greet me and everyone else with a smile and I don't even have to tell them what I want, they already know my usual and it is ready by the time I even finish paying. I often come here because my office is nearby. My team loves the convenience and our drinks/food are always made correctly and promptly. Staff Juan, Jocelyn, Arlenis and Aracelly always take care of us. Thank you for always giving your customers 100%!!
I’ve been here multiple times and I always get dark roast coffee. More than a couple times the staff has said “they don’t have it”. Why not?? Is the store manager not keeping up with inventory or are baristas just too lazy to brew it?

So prices keep going up while quality goes down. My latte tasted and looked like it was almost entirely milk. This has happened multiple times therefore I most conclude this is standard practice which means in done as a customer
