My issue with this Starbucks was when there was two people at the front counter, they were super focused on only serving the drive thru.
Inside, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and they didn’t acknowledge me or nothing. When I tried to get their attention, they both ignored me. There was nobody else in the store but me.
I sat down, and eventually a third person comes out. Then they finally paid attention to the front counter and I could then place my order.
I know they’re doing this to push me into ordering from the app, but I want to order from a person.
Inside is spacious, clean, and nice.

Only one lady attended to my requests and served me water. One of them had a bad attitude towards me, a brunette, I felt unkind.
The drive-thru is very efficient. Inside atmosphere is good, just the cooling position on top of the whole line of tables and it is always super cold. The AM manager is the sweetest.

I have been to this store several through out the years, granted, just picking up drinks, but today I decided to go in and use the restroom, I couldn't even choose one of them to go to, both were disgusting, to me this is unacceptable at a place where the drinks and food are not cheap. Your store should be spotless if you are serving food., it should represent the Starbucks brand. When you walk in, no napkins should be on the floor, the tables should be clean and ready for your customers, and the bathrooms that your employees and customers use, spotless. Your store is short of all of this.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been too they are nice they make everything taste amazing I drive 20 minutes just to come to this Starbucks and I pass 4 Starbucks on the way here but none are nearly as good. I will say tho sometimes I feel bad bc there's not very many people working on the BOGO days and they are swamped but other than that amazing Starbucks ✨❤️

This is by far my favorite starbucks location! The service is amazing here! Big shout out to staff member, Nero, who is always helpful and always friendly whether we are trying to pick the drink of the season and/or our normal drinks! There's also ample parking on-site and enough seating and space to have conversations - there will be peak times, but that's to be expected in a neighborhood location! It's also close enough to Memorial Park post-park shenanigans! I just love everything about this location!
