I came into the drive through Saturday asked for a iced triple espresso with no ice and the girl that took my order said “ um I can try” I have gotten this drink a million times everywhere else and had no problem and she still added ice to my drink!!! I also paid $2 extra for salted caramel protein cold foam and there was barely any of it in my drink.

They make good coffee and the workers are nice. But I can’t ever stop here to get coffee in the morning unless I leave the house 20 mins early. Today will be my last day.

I’m not a “Starbucks person,” but I like to visit on occasion. This location is not the fastest, but the wait for latte-type beverages is worth it. They taste considerably better than other Starbucks locations.

we stopped at this starbucks for a quick pick me up after a really hard day (we had just put our dog down). instead of being able to enjoy our drinks, the workers started talking about us through their headsets right in front of us. it was so unprofessional and honestly made us feel even worse.

we just wanted a little comfort and they completely ruined it. super disappointing because starbucks is usually a place we enjoy going to, but this experience was the total opposite.

We stopped by Starbucks for a team outing on our PSA day and had such a great experience! I ordered the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was delicious—sweet, chocolatey, and just the right treat. The team was super friendly and even offered to take a group picture for us, which made the outing extra special. Overall, a fun stop with great drinks and even better service!

I saw that other lady's review about feeling unwanted, and felt completely validated. I came here to say this exact thing. I live really close to this location, making it extremely convenient.. but the customer service was so bad for the millionth time that today will finally be my last time going there. The drive through worker always gives an attitude, especially today multiple times. AND STILL MESSED UP THE ORDER. The same thing happened a couple of days ago, and still messed it up (intentionally by lining the cup with an absurd amount of caramel sauce) multiple times when asked to remake it. When you pay so much and get that kind if service it ruins your day. I tipped them every time as well .... I would rather support a small local business anyway, and you should too.

Hello if you want to feel unwanted go here. If you want to be looked at crazy go here. If you want to be ignored …yep that’s right GO HERE ! This was my 2nd time to this location and it’s my last . I can drive on up the street and get my coffee from now on . Buying that cup was another mistake but it is what it is . TRAIN your employees to be Nicer to the customer and pay attention to the order…

The theme is inconsistent service. The baristas tend to be poorly trained, particularly inattentive to the details like securing the lids before handing over drinks or using the correct heat settings on the food. Thrice I have been given an order of iced drinks with the lids askew (one time all four lids in a single order were not engaged and spilled). I’ve had several incidents of even my hot drink lid buckling because they forgot to give me a double cup for my Americano. I do not love commuting with a leaky cup. Lately, food is going downhill because the baristas do not set the correct warming time, either too little and it’s still frozen inside or too long and my food is incinerated/dried out. Bonus: I discovered I had a cracked tooth with my still frozen Impossible sandwich from this location.

The Weekday AM shift is more consistent, but the weekend shift is genuinely terrible in customer service. The weekend drive-thru is unreliable, and this morning the employee won’t answer pull up for placing order. I sat there for 5 min waiting for someone to take my order. Wildly inconsistent service - I just drove thru and went to the Starbucks six blocks away with friendlier, attentive and polite baristas.

We just left with my husband and the lady that was at the drive thru was extremely rude because, when we asked her to pay with Apple Pay she smashed the scanner and had an attitude as well as was really rude because our son wanted to add kale bites. This is not how you treat people for no reason.
