I just ordered a double shot espresso coffee and I let the woman at the window put three sugar creamers in total for my coffee to come hot... when she hands it to me iced, I return it to her, she returns it with hot ahua ??. thanks for that service...

This review is about the physical location and not Starbucks in general. The location makes sense in theory. There are a lot of houses surrounding the store, plus Memorial Park is nearby, it's a great place to enjoy a nice beverage or snack. But the parking lot is way too small to handle a drive-through that goes right in the middle of it. People who park and go in are frequently trapped until a nice person lets them out. I follow the adage of don't complain about a problem without presenting a solution but the only one is to request patrons to walk if they can. It is an unfortunate situation so be aware if you're new to the area.

Kellie is my favorite!! She’s fast, sweet and kind, remembers your name, knows the menu, gives AMAZING recommendations, and never backs down from a dietary restriction challenge or picky drinker. I came in NOT knowing coffee at all. I was getting mainly a drink for a friend and didn’t know a stitch about it because I didn’t drink it. I wanted something for myself but didn’t know what to get. I told her what type things the friend usually likes and she recommended a special tea, she then recommended a drink for me. Both were AMAZING and we left happy. We WILL be coming back, we have new favorite drinks thanks to Kellie, and that was an awesome experience with such a kind and professional person!!!

This Starbucks consistently delivers excellent service! Justin’s management elevated this location tremendously, I’m a resident of this neighborhood and I look forward to starting my mornings here! Every single barista welcomes you in upon entry, they’re actually smiling & very attentive! I had a barista make me a drink I inquired about just so I can try it. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and that’s how you build relationships and make customers for life. Kudos to Justin & thanks for remembering my name and making me feel like a regular here!

I tried to explain to the manager multiple times that I would like a refill for my drink that I had purchased. The policy is that you can get a refill of brewed coffee, iced coffee including cold brew, hot tea or iced tea REGARDLESS of the drink that was purchased, the only restriction is that it must be for the same size. She told me no and that I would have to pay full price and when I tried to provide her with the information from Starbucks customer service page she blatantly said, "I don't want to talk to you." That is COMPLETELY disrespectful.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Justin is probably my favorite barista/Starbucks manager ever. He's so kind and makes sure that everyone is always taken care of. He makes effort to know the names of the regular customers, like myself, that come frequently. It's always a smooth work day when I come here. Memorial can be a crowded area, but you will get a crowd at any location you go to since naturally the city is growing in population, so I don't think that shouldn't stop anyone from coming here. Highly recommend this location.

They’ve got to get a better system in place. They’re always putting the drive through and the mobile orders ahead of the enormous crowd of people who actually made the effort to walk into the place. What’s more insulting is that the mobile orders are just sitting there with no one claiming them while they continue to pump them out at the expense of the people waitingRead the room!

I went to this location to meet a friend for a quick drink and catch up. It’s a hectic holiday season, and as usual, Starbucks is JUMPING. When we walked in, we were helped immediately and waited for our drinks. While waiting, I couldn’t help but notice Justin. Justin’s kindness and hard work are why we pay $5 for coffee. Justin greeted everyone who walked through the door while working, making eye contact with everyone and giving updates on orders while busy folks came in and out waiting on their order. Justin the teamwork was incredible. I was in such awe of Justin. Keep being great, Justin. You run a tight ship, and you are going places.

The staff and atmosphere make this Starbucks a pleasant place to enjoy coffee and work, relax, or have a social gathering. Great attitudes from the staff, welcoming and positive. I still occasionally choose Starbucks for my coffee shop choice because of this location. Others certainly need to use this one as a nationwide example.

The people who work here are nice, and it’s Starbucks so you know, consistency. But the drive-through at this location is all kinds of STUPID…1) The line often backs up around the building, preventing people who went inside from getting out of their parking spaces. FAIL.2) People can and do try to skip the line by coming in the south side from a small side street, because there’s no physical barrier to them doing so, resulting in the occasional honk fest. Extra FAIL.3) The menu is located a few feet *beyond* the microphone where you’re supposed to order, which means people sometimes pass it up by mistake and have to order from the window instead. Mega FAIL.4) The drive-through exit on the east side has a big drop-off onto Washington Ave, which is seriously harsh enough to make you spill your coffee. Super FAIL.IT’S SOOO DUMB. Like could we make it dumber?.. I dunno, I’ll share some new ideas when I think of them. Let’s try to get this place some drive-through Razzie awards or something! Argh.
