I am visiting Houston for work and this Starbucks has been my go-to! The staff is so friendly. Mariah and Crystal and the morning crew are so nice and hospitable. They greet every single customer and some by name. Mariah even memorized my order after just two short weeks. I love when a place has good service like this. The store is also very clean and if you’re someone who likes to work at coffee shops, I’d definitely suggest this one!
Bryan is the smiling face that brightens up my mornings! He quickly learned my name and my favorite drink. I usually order through the app for pickup and he always makes a point to make eye contact, say hi, and use my name. He's someone I look forward to seeing!
Update** I apologize for prior review of incorrect location on a fishing spot. This Starbucks location has the best Frappuccino I've had in a while, after a doctor visit my daughter and I went through the drive through which they were very prompt, courteous, and friendly. I definitely recommend and will be coming here next time I'm in the area again.
