Starbucks inside the grocery store. The Starbucks sign is a bit misleading. It made me think that it's a coffee house not a counter inside the grocery store.I looked for entrance on all sides in misery for a few minutes. ?

Of all the Starbucks I have visited in the United States, this has without a doubt been the one where I have been served with a smile (Mrs. Patricia) very friendly and cheerful, very different from all the previous locations I have visited! I wish everyone would receive a morning with that joy that she gave me

I always try to stop at this Starbucks specifically because the workers here are so incredibly kind and have the best vibes. The man who works the Drive Through around 7:30 AM each morning is such a wonderful person! The woman who gave me my coffee, Ms. Lupe, is so caring! She makes sure you start off your day on a good note. They are also very quick with their service. When you look inside the Starbucks, you can tell that everyone in there is happy to be working!

The store located in Randalls, good location, plenty of parking. There was 2 barista working in the morning when I got there, I ordered a new drink, drink is tasty “Well-rounded with subtle notes of cocoa and toasted nuts balancing the smooth mouthfeel”.Unfortunately the 2 employees not even welcome and smile at customer. I feel like they just don’t want to be there…

Starbucks is just awesome hands down. The woman who made my coffee was excellent and treated me excellently. She had great conversation made me smile more than once and made me feel like the man from the Green Hornet just made my coffee.

Chris gave me the best service here today!!! His attitude is so positive, bright, outgoing, etc!! My morning got better instantly after his customer service. He's amazing!!!! And my order was perfect.

if there was 0 stars i would’ve chose that because i came to that store to get 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and that worker there that ive seen for the first time said that it was too much for her and i had to go across the street to buy from another starbucks but i’ve always came here for the past year and i’ve never had that problem i always get a big order which is way bigger than what i tried to order today and the workers would happily do it but she doesn’t seem to be happy to make 4 medium caramel ribbon crunch frappe which i honestly think she’ll mess this place up if she keeps the same energy.

I don't like to write a lot of negative reviews but my experience was pretty horrible here. There was a gentleman who worked in the morning where he got the order wrong 3 times. My order was very simple. But he managed to mess it up (maybe he was new) and looked like he didn't really care of what the customers had to get. He sort of got the order right on the 4th try but my coffee ended up tasting like water because the ratio was way off. Please train the batista before letting him actually go in service. I also had to stand there for literally 15 minutes for one coffee drink. There was no line.

I always shop from drive through. Everytime they have some misding. One time there was no large cup so i had to buy medium. Next time thay dont have tray for multiple coffee cup holding. So i couldnt buy more than one coffee because of they didnt have tray. One time their specialty coffee is sold out !!!! . One other time was something else. When we complain to the managers they suddenly make refund but they dont want to hear any complain they make refund and they stop talking closing the case by saying have good day !!!!Everytime they have excuses for their lack of manegement. This memorial branch of starbucks management needs to be audited by the corporate office of starbucks.
