I stop into this location off and on. Every time I go there the employees are just standing around being rude to customers. The other morning I was in there and the employee Matao was there and was just being a rude obnoxious jerk to people. I got my order made and when walking out I heard another customer talking about him and how he was just a miserable little punk. I normally do not do reviews but when you are starting the workday you want to have a good start and this location wasn't it. I hope this location will do better in the future but as for now, I will not be stopping in.

Super inconsistent, everyone makes the shaken expresso differently. Although they offer remakes still doesn't come out right- its NOT a latte. Definitely depends who's working. Also they don't pay attention to detail or don't read-- attempting to avoid a incorrectly made coffee; I order a refresher with water, and the girl made it with lemonade. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong with the drink, and then after several questions realized what is was. Customer service is almost non existent with most staff- they just look at you LOL

I love this place ! The baristas and really kind and lovely, the drinks themselves are delicious, and the interior is well designed giving people space to drink and relax.

Ordered a spinach wrap on the mobile app. Got there 13min. Later, wrap wasn't ready they asked what I was waiting on and my name, as there were no customers inside and one car at drive thru. I watched as they made it and walked to the other end of the store and set it down for pick-up!?!
Both people that asked me saw the wrap and name on it and said NOTHING to me, I thought noway that is my food or they would've handed it to me, but yes I walked to the other side of the store and it was mine with my name on it.🙄 and no napkins!!
Four employees standing around doing nothing, pathetic
I have had extra slow and extremely bad service the last few times, keep hoping it will change as it's close to my house and more convenient, but I now go to the Randals Starbucks, great service, unfortunately you can't advance order.

They need to fix their signs. The strip mall that they are located in is becoming run down due to stores leaving. More of a complaint on the landlord side than Starbucks itself.

Not the place to get brown sugar expresso i have given this location a try 5 times since i live behind it and i rather drive out and try another location they cannot get this recipe down for anything its always water down and even if you ask them to redo it it taste the same . I tried the horchata one today and it was the same even added an extra shot and disgusting

I placed a mobile order for one Matcha Frappuccino and still had to wait over 30 minutes at the store. When I asked the barista why it was taking so long, he just said I could wait or get a refund—no apology, no explanation. Very disappointing service.

I have more than 5 coffees on the way to work but I make my stop right here because I love the attention that all the girls give me. They are really super attentive. Thank you for brightening up my morning. I love the notes you leave in my coffee and my bread. Blessings, girls. Keep doing your job as well as you have been doing. I ordered a Hot Mocha Tea, but I believe the milk was spoiled as I got sick after drinking it. It didn’t mix well and had a lot of chunks in it. Overall, the taste was terrible, and the customer service was very disappointing.
