I have more than 5 coffees on the way to work but I make my stop right here because I love the attention that all the girls give me. They are really super attentive. Thank you for brightening up my morning. I love the notes you leave in my coffee and my bread. Blessings, girls. Keep doing your job as well as you have been doing. I congratulate you with love, a Venezuelan who greatly appreciates your attention.

I ordered a Hot Mocha Tea, but I believe the milk was spoiled as I got sick after drinking it. It didn’t mix well and had a lot of chunks in it. Overall, the taste was terrible, and the customer service was very disappointing.

Drive thru mobile order. employee was rude “next time wait before getting in line once you place order” if I order at the window it’s the same thing. There weren’t any cars in line. It saves time in understanding each other when placing the order. Didn’t get her name but she has the tight curly hair.

I have been coming here since they first open. In general, I have been going to Starbucks for many years. 7000+ star rewards on average. I have visited virtually all locations in Spring and The woodlands, many more in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and many cities in the US and in other countries ( in Hong Kong, Thailand, England, France, Switzerland, etc. )
Since COVID, things have changed for the worse, particularly at this location.
I believe because of the lack of strong leaderships and Post-Covid effects, there is much room to improve.
The previous CEO had no clue about Starbucks.
I hope Mr Niccol , the new CEO will be able to do what he said on CNBC.
Recently, at this location, I asked a staff why the same drink and size of an iced shaken espresso costs more here than at another location 8 miles away. The staff had to call a manager, Ada , who was even more hostile and defensive in answering the question. Simply say, I am not sure, but I can find out for you would be sufficient.

Ordered in store for once and whoever took my order didn’t get my order right when i clearly said BLONDE VANILLA latte, she also didn’t repeat the order which is part of the issue…and the lady that was infront of me she also got her order wrong and had to remake it and then she didn’t even apologize or hand the drink to the customer..poor customer service she needs to be trained properly
