Not sure what’s happening, my drinks have been bad lately. Thursday, I ordered the almond milk sugar cookie latte online, it was made iced. No big deal, it was not balanced. The drink had a watered down taste. Today, I ordered the hot Caramel Macchiato- upside down, same thing. Not very flavorful. Gilbert was nice and engaging (did not force the convo in the morning) while I waited in the drive thru so that’s a plus.

Amazing and attentive service from Nicole!! I had a large pick up order and she kindly assisted me in putting them in large carry out bags and placing stickers over the cold drinks so they would not spill. Truly appreciated her care and level of customer service!

Walking by the barista simply said a friendly hello and how are you. Kind of like he cared about his job. Anyhow the coffee was good, I ordered a delicious blueberry muffin(he even offered to warm it up. All was great while flying!!
