I came in today and the guy who attended us seemed like he didn’t want to be there and also the drinks were watered down even after the fact that we asked for extra caramel and crunch would not be going here again btw we left tip and the drinks still tasted like ahhh!

I came in on Mother's Day and I just got A hot mocha and a lemon cake. I happen to go to the bathroom and I came back and I got the mocha and the lemon cake. I left it in my car and remembered 8 hours later....What I didn't expect is that they must have warmed it up and took it out of the plastic wrapper because by the time I got to it, it was hard as a rock. Please don't assume what a customer wants, ask first! I had to throw out a perfectly good piece of cake because it was left in my car, opened and got hard!

I went yesterday and my coffee was nearly half way creamer the man at the window very sweet asked to make it right but I don’t like to complain. I also ordered an oatmeal and it was just oats and water no nuts brown sugar or berries. I called and was told by jeni shift manager she would cover my order. This is the next day and I pull up and they ask me to pay for the oatmeal when she told me twice she would cover my order.

Looks like they prioritize drive through orders before completing in store orders. Had to watch multiple cars go through the drive through and still be the last one to get my order before they served mine. And to the boy working the hot foods get some manners before you scoff at someone for mentioning that I would have gone through the drive through if I had known it would take longer to order in store.

The place is very clean and the staff is super friendly and smiling, the drinks and breakfast were well prepared and delicious. ? 10 out of 10!!!!

Not a big coffee drinker but when I do it's starbucks
I had such a memorable experience at this Starbucks location. Montré was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Even though my order was beyond complicated, he remained super personable and expertly guided me through the menu, offering great substitutions for my customization. His positivity really made my day brighter. Overall, it was a quick yet delightful experience that left me excited to return.

If I can give this location a zero, I would. Horrible customer service. The female rep that took our order was unpleasant. I felt like she didn't want us to be there. Nevertheless, we ordered anyway. While waiting on our order, we sat down and began to chat, then realized more than 20 mins had passed, and we still hadn't received our drinks in store. The drive-thru orders were being knocked out. It wasn't until I stood up and inquired about our drinks when the same rep that took our money finally went and made our drinks... mind you, she had been standing on the side talking to her fellow coworker drinking her drink the whole time. Smh, don't take my money if you are not going to render quality service. I can keep it in my pocket. She would have looked at my crazy if I would have ripped a 20 dollar bill in half and gave her one half. Half a bill for poor service. I'm so glad I went to the container to watch my drinks being made b/c smh. Another observation is that some of the tables and chairs were dirty. Will not ever go back.?

I tried ordering at 9:15 and they told me it was closed because they were closing a “lil bit early”. This is the 3rd time I tried to order maybe 20-15 mins before closing time either they stay quiet or be rude about it like we know what they want to do the days they don’t want to follow the closing hours. They are rude and it’s a constant thing! Do better MANAGEMENT!
