I was greeted with smiles, courtesy, and a warm welcome upon entering. The staff made my coffee, (a double cupped Caramel Macchiato) exactly as I asked for it and it was delicious. Everything was excellent.I certainly recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was by far worst drink I ever had, it tasted like bad water. Nothing like chocolate, she said she will remake it I asked her will she make it the same way she made the one before.She said yes so I said I'll order a other drink, I got a Carmel ribben crush and even that was horrible, it was just ice and foam. No coffee Nothing. Is it so hard to make a drink? This is not thw first time they have done this!!!

I asked for caramel ribbon and extra pumps for sweetness and yet the coffee tasted like burned water. As if they mixed it with something else. Also the service was soo slow; you can see the frustration on others faces.
