The RUDEST server I’ve ever experienced. No smile, looked pissed to be working and when I asked for a PSL she rudely responded that she’s out of pumpkin, no apologies for the inconvenience. To ensure I understood I asked if that was for cold pumpkin too and she rolled her eyes and rudely responded, “I HAVE NO PUMPKIN”. At that point I didn’t even bother ordering something else. Not from that kind of service. 3pm at Kroger west road 10/26/25 - this server is horrible and lost 2 customers today.

Very bad customer service and extremely poor quality of coffee! The barista working there in the evening of Jan 4th around 6pm was very rude, had no interest in taking our order. The quantity of coffee was also very less, had 1/4 cup of coffee and 3/4th cup of foam for a small size, and was double cupped to conceal weight. Definitely not worth the price at all. If this is Starbucks recent standards, then customers are sure to be disappointed.

It's a coffee spot so what really can I say. But if I had to complain about anything is that this location for some odd reason have more flying insects than normal so they should put those green stirs in the cup to protect the customers

I didn't have the best experience here just now since I had to wait 10 minutes before I finally asked the deli if there was a worker or if it was open. They sent me to guest services and then they found the worker and I went back. I can't be upset though as the worker was busy stocking what she had needed for her shift so it's not her fault there was nobody else to cover her while she was busy with that. She made me a mocha cookie crumble frappe with no crumble or cool whip and it tastes great! I knew from watching her and seeing all the love she added to it that it was gonna taste good! She was quiet but kind and she knew what she was doing so you go girl!

Drove a little out of my way for some Starbucks this morning and almost didn’t go in because I realized it was a Kroger location. Whew, talk about rude ??♀️ I’m just here for coffee, why be so difficult!
