This kid Christian, he's such a superstar barista. This Saturday was super BZ and we didn't know or else we wouldn't have ordered there. we were gonna be late for our work. Basically he was only in charge of making hot drinks but after scrolling down far down ? he found out order and he went out of his jurisdiction to help us make our chai and Americano like pronto. Like less than 5 mins all together. And before me, he did the same for an elderly gentlemen. He covered for his coworker a African American kid and he appeased the patrons. Very smart kid. There were people not in rush and just letting their stuff sit there and not picking up so I think he made a wise executive decision to help those in a rush.Kid-friendliness: They like kids just not a good space for kids tho

So this is going to be a little bit of a tricky review. Amongst other things I placed an order for a chai latte@kids temp. When i received my drink and took a sip it scorched my tongue. I looked@temp on cup & it was 120°...call me crazy but kids temp would imply it is cool enough 4 a kid to drink but it was hottttttt. I was able to confirm this is the temp Starbucks defines as kids, but I do not know how. Other places I get my tea and request kids temp..provide me with a warm drink. In addition, the chai latte and a chai tea both taste very bad to me. I remember now why I stopped pouring money into Starbucks. Better to give your business to a small business with better quality and taste. The customer service was outstanding...but my lil scorched tongue says no mas para me!!

Be prepared to wait. This SBs is so dang busy, sometimes I order it from my house which can take 15-20 min. The staff rarely makes eye contact with you unless you order at register. Other than that my drink is always yummy and consistent.

Significant retraining is needed here. The baristas are 80% talking and 20% actually working. A single iced latte shouldn’t take 4 minutes to make. Talk, pour milk, wait and talk, pour ice, talk talk, put lid on.Been waiting 9 minutes for a single latte on a slow morning at 11:00AM

Took 30 min to get out coffee. When we asked about were it they told us that there were different ways of ordering. However no one told us that it would take so long when ordering. What is more annoying is that they ask you for a tip when ordering in the terminal.

My mobile order took them like 20 minutes to make on a Friday afternoon. There wasn't any line in the store, only mobile order & drive through. It wasn't the first time, there was another mobile order on a Sunday afternoon took them 29 minutes. This is getting ridiculous. My husband told me specifically do not get any mobile order from this location anymore.

I wasn't greeted by the young woman or the gentleman. There was a glance and silence before they continued the banter towards one another for a solid 3 min before one of them decided to take my order. This is unacceptable for a returning customer. I come almost every single day for my husband and I. On busy month, I even come by twice but I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I came to this store this morning and ordered my drink via the mobile app because the line was wrapped around the building.I go into the store and my order wasn’t ready, I didn’t complain because they were busy so I just stood by the counter.While standing next to the counter Vic that works in the store realized he had 7 orders to make, mine bring the first one.Well once my drink is being made I was called a dummy by Vic because I asked for no ice in my drink, I do not appreciate being called out of my name for an item you aren’t drinking!!! I can’t believe this experience I’m mind baffled and disappointed!!!!!
