If I could give a 0 to this place I would! I went to get some Starbucks with my friend today and the person that was there today mad for some reason , speaking with another women who was also working there I am not sure if it was her manager but I am very very upset ?….. we ask for the caramel Frappuccino , which I ordered 5 and she was mad cause we ordered 5? Like wtf….. They both women were African American , I don’t even know their names cause they don’t even have it on! They really need to hired people that does know how to treat customers!

She is racist she heared me and my son talk spanish and she said we are abt to close and said to hurry up when we has just Walked in she also said they were cleanning the machines alredy we then waited for someone else to walk in they were americans and she acted completly diffrent and she attended they while we waited outside.

I ordered x2 Trenta caramel iced coffee with whole milk, there is usually like 5-6 pump caramel syrup as default for Trenta caramel iced coffee but the taste too sweet like more than 10 of caramel syrup in it. The color of the coffee looks like sweet milk, not coffee anymore. Not going back here. Sick

The lady that took my order was extremely rude. She didn’t have a name tag. But said her name was Cornishe. I asked to add 1 stevia inside and she told me to put it myself and that she is not going to waste time doing that.

I attempted to order a drink at the drive-through. When I got to the window the attendant did not acknowledge me at all but as I was looking in the window I noticed how dirty it was inside. Not just one table but every single table and as I watched the associates make drinks I got sick to my stomach. I pulled right out of the drive-through and would never visit that establishment again. That was gross and I feel for anyone who ever orders a drink there.

Very slow worker believe name was DQuan. Literally got sweet milk and no traces of coffee or espresso. Never had issues before. Usually better than the stand alone across the stress but guess not.

Usually I like Randall’s Starbucks, but the girl there is HORRIBLE. I’ve never seen her before, I don’t know if she’s a new hire but the drinks she made were soooo bad and disgusting, and it was so watery even though it was a Frappuccino. She even called out the wrong drink and my drink got switched with my sister’s. Also, she’s so slow at making drinks. I get she’s alone and by herself at the place but legit some lady finished her shopping before she came back and the girl wasn’t even finished making her coffee yet. $13 for trash drinks!!
