I come here everyday and have NEVER been treated the way I did today. I order at the drive thru and the customer service was HORRIBLE. First off the lady dropped my card didn't say sorry, slammed the window shut after and didn't even reach my drink out of the window for me to grab. Her energy was so RUDE. On top of that my drink was wrong, it had no label so I then had to go inside after them remaking it wrong TWICE. I complained to the manger and asked for the girls name. Her name is Monique. She then rolled her eyes at me when I was talking to the manger. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life I kid you not. It's really that this Starbucks is located in such a nice area with horrible customer service.

Friendly, fast service when I went inside to order; drive thru seemed to move quickly as well. Interior is clean and spacious. Drinks are made to order; I had no issues with quality or waiting time.

Once again saddened. This Starbucks values hard workers and I appreciate that. However, this is now the sixth time that I have been greeted with anger and unkindness. The Starbucks is under employed and the workers here have a lot on their plate. That is not their fault and I can see all the hard work they put in. Besides the point, the amount of times I've been snapped and yelled at after asking about my order( after waiting 15 min at a non busy hour) is quite upsetting. I have been always very kind and have demonstrated great patience. It always leaves me walking away upset. I just wanna come on here and say that kindness goes a long way for both sides of the story. You never know what the workers have been going through and you never know what the customers have been going through. When someone asks a question, please show kindness back, and always show kindness to the workers well. It's sad when people treat each other with meanness. It pains me to come back to this Starbucks because it's the same thing over and over again, whether it's asking for a straw or asking for an update on the order. I will be patient and wait but all I ask is for a little bit of humanity back. This goes to the customers as well. Show God's love.

I've complained about this store's service in the past. It is an unfortunate convenience when heading in that direction. However, based on the time it takes to get my order, the convenience is not convenient. It's more habitual until I hit rock bottom and hit up the gas station instead.

Attention DOORDASH drivers. Avoid picking up deliveries at this location. They make you wait, while your delivery sits on the counter behind the employee. When you wave your arms up in the air, all the employees ignore you. I got in trouble un-assigning this

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. I sat at the drive through window for a good 6 minutes and every time I said "hello?" the dude taking the orders would say "give me a minute." Then I pull up to the window and sit outside of a closed window very several minutes.
