I have tried this Starbucks on different days and times, I have ordered the same drink for the last 10 years and it’s never accurate at this location. Today was the final straw, my Chai tea tastes like a cup of warm milk every single time.

One and done! I ordered through the mobile app and picked up in store. I took one sip of the matcha and my brain said “heck no!” I went inside and was immediately asked “What’s the problem?” When I explained that it was lacking any sweetness I was told that it’s because I opted out of one of the syrup pumps. The thing is I’m on the spectrum; if you know then you know… this is my ONE drink. I recently moved and have been trying to find MY Starbucks. Today, I tried this location. NO! First, she tried to tell me that every other place that made the drink for me was wrong and they did it correctly 😒 Then I waited almost ten minutes while they remade the drink and sent me away with the same BS. This ain’t it. I don’t even know how you fumble matcha, but they did—TWICE!

Not judging Starbucks cause you know what you're getting. The staff is completely slow and inefficient. Be prepared to wait for no reason. Then a guy comes to window saying what are you waiting on? Literally looks a bit special so I'm not talking about special needs but overall a slow group

The young ladies at this location need to find another job if they don’t like working at Starbucks. They wasn’t smiling. They’re not friendly and they don’t know how to make the drink. I’m talking about a basic latte. I shouldn’t have half latte and half sweet cream foam. The sweet cream foam should be just at the top not half the drink. Horrible Customer Service. P.S. The Lead Or Manager Made My Drink & Still Didn’t Do It Right. -100/10

The lady in drive through didn’t know how to take orders . She kept asking me the same thing i already mentioned. The wait for too long when drive through is normally faster . To forever to give me my items & didn’t even give me a spoon to eat with . Poor
