came to this location yesterday with my boyfriend. we chose to walk in instead of the drive thru. i understand that starbucks recently updated their policy and now require their employees to write on the cups, however, after we left i noticed the female barista drew two hearts on my boyfriends cup, and wrote the word “Okay.” on mine. not really sure what the reason behind this was, just thought it was really strange.

Just got scammed in Starbucks, they charged me $4.60 for a coffee when on their app they are charging $3.25 for the same coffee.. when I asked them they said it’s their new price but the prices don’t reflect on the app, point I’m trying to say is don’t buy in person, use the app cuz they are stealing peoples money

Huge shout out to the amazing barista at @Starbucks in Spring, TX off of Louetta who wrote the sweetest message on our coffees this morning! It totally made our day. 🥰 The pups loved their first #puppuccino too! 🐶 It's the little things, that make a big difference and impact #GoodMorning 🌞 to you too, and remember #YouMatter! Along with a great read, #johnnybucks What a perfect start to the day!

Parents, want a new book to read or addition to your current ones, I highly recommend Johnny Bucks!

I have been coming to this location since they open. The location is one of the best in Spring, Tx. I watch a train go by slowly a few times a day. Plenty of parking and there is an Aldi supermarket next to it, 1 min walk. Love the spacious inside and covered outside seats. Food and drink selections are as expected from Starbucks. The staff are generally good. However, some are not so friendly when I ask questions on the drinks. This problem is not unique to this location. I think some staff are not so well trained and they are used to most customers knowing their drinks. Too bad, they should be more enthusiastic when helping customers deciding on drinks or when asked about certain drinks. This may be part of the problem, hoping the new CEO can remedy the post pandemic Starbucks culture.

It's Chestnut Praline Season so I'm at this location picking up my latte almost every morning. I want to leave a shout out for Aaliyah for making great drinks and for remembering me. It's not nearly as special when she has the day off.

I think they have had a change in management. Have gone to this location for 7 years. The last few months it has been awful. Service is not like it used to be. 3 workers were texting. They would stop working on my order to text. Then misplaced my order. It was not busy only 2 cars in drive thru and I was in the store. I had to tell her “you had my order”. She found it finally and I told her maybe less texting while helping customers.

I always have problems every time I go here, whether the milk tastes expired or they don’t have something in stock. They gave me a ton of ice this time around for $6, this is highway robbery.

The city prioritized businesses to have power to help people during Beryl. They seemed to have power and still not open. Waste to focus on businesses that still don't open...
