Convenient location but the service and order quality is horrible. I mobile ordered a grande coffee with oat milk and vanilla syrup. I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive through window before someone asked “what are you waiting for”, and when I received the drink it was the wrong size and wrong add ins. Considering there were 5 people in the lobby and no other cars in line, it’s not a case of them being busy.

I come every Saturday morning with a group and get excellent service. The staff know us by name. Starr and Robert are extremely professional and friendly. We look forward to coming every week.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location, all involving the same barista i asked one of the other girls and was told her name is Ky.
Every time I’ve come through and she happens to be there, she has been extremely rude. She constantly looks irritated, rushes through orders, and doesn’t seem willing to provide basic customer service. On one visit she even closed the drive-thru window on me while I asked her a question, which felt very disrespectful. I normally don’t leave reviews, but it’s happened multiple times now and it really affects the experience. I hope management can address this so customers feel welcome instead of uncomfortable.

I ordered a cranberry bliss bar tray this evening through uber eats and was sent a single slice. I don't know if they were out of the trays and simply decided to send me a single slice while continuing to charge me for a tray (4x the price) or if this was a crazy oversight, but I was thankfully able to get a refund from uber. This is absolutely unacceptable, however, and I will not be ordering from them again going forward.

Every time I visit this location they fail to meet my only request of “Light Ice” on my beverage. Flavor profile is fantastic but unfortunately it gets watered down too quickly when too much ice is put in it.

I really love this Starbucks! The staff are always kind, professional, and make great coffee every time. I’m a regular customer and always enjoy coming here. Special thanks to Ms. Rosland, the manager, for training such a wonderful team — you can really see her great leadership!

I would like to give a shoutout to Haley, who knew right when I walked through the doors what I liked and wanted. The baristas behind the counter were super friendly and professional—the drinks were made perfectly and the overall vibe from them was great. However, the experience at the register left a lot to be desired.
When I ordered the Double-Smoked Bacon Sandwich, I said “double bacon sandwich” as a shortcut. The cashier kept interrupting and correcting me, insisting I say the full name before continuing with the order. It felt unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable.
When I asked about the grilled cheese sandwich, she pointed toward the fridge and said, “Get them there!” in a tone that came off very dismissive and unpleasant. Then, when I said “That’ll be all for my order,” she responded with “Only one drink?” in a judgmental tone, making the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming.
Even when she asked for my name, it felt rushed and impatient.
