Workers where laughing when I ask politely about “frappe drink” and they laughed after they said they don’t have today. It’s ok not returning this Starbucks location again ??♂️

I’ve come here twice and the girl that works here has a terrible attitude. It was 7:05 and she told me they’re closing and only have basic coffee. Can’t make drinks. But they close at 8pm, almost an hour prior to them closing. This has happened twice now.

Staff (Dec 11) at 10 was not polite. She said hello when she looked in another direction. To be honest, I had some no good experience with her before. When I saw her, I wanted to turn around and wait for other staff. But I said hi to her and ordered for my drink. Then she said the machine is not working. Thanks God cuz she said that. i don’t even know what she’d put in my drinks if she takes the order. Moreover, she’s the one who makes drinks incorrectly at this store.

Always very kind whenever I visit this Starbucks down the street from my job. Lizet made a great tea for me that was named after her!! The Liz-tea was really good!!(maybe just a little sweeter)

If you ever see Taneshia I would just turn around and leave. She has the worse customer service EVER! Everytime we try to order drinks she never lets us finish our order and keep trying to get us to leave and then have the worst attitude when we order anything more than one drink! She always gets my order wrong and acts like I’m a inconvenience to her day. I’ve noticed that it’s not just me that she acts that way to, but to every customer she sees, it’s always rolling her eyes, sighing and just plain rude and disrespectful. I’m sorry but I don’t think that’s how Starbucks employees should be acting to their customers and I highly agree that she shouldn’t be working here. Ash and the other employees there are amazing always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond, I have never had a problem like this with them.
I have been here twice and met her whose nametag is Taneshia, i received an unpleasant attitude and unfriendly unwelcoming with customers here giving me the feeling that she is contemptuous or she is discriminating. I was standing in front of the counter waiting for service today but she ignored it and kept doing the cleaning and threw everything on the cleaning counter towards the order counter where I was waiting to be served later. She walked over to order for me with an annoyed expression and attitude, that action in front of customers is not good. After she finished making my order she didn't call my name nor inform that my drink was done until i saw my order had been waiting at the counter for a long time. Very bad customer service attitude

Went there today with my daughter and Lizet and Evelyn were very helpful. Pleasant attitudes and went the extra mile to make our drinks special. My daughter loved her Pink Drink. Great job ladies!!
