Oh the humanity. We've actually witnessed the manager verbally attacking an unassuming customer sipping coffee at a table for no reason. There is no place for this kind of behaviors. Shame, she wouldn't even apologize after customers were shaken up. Please train your staff to respect human beings, speak in a professional tone and leave their young entitled personalities at home.

I think the Kamahal "the cashier" needs to be nicer and smile a little more, I almost didn't understand what he was saying and felt uncomfortable asking him to repeat himself.
I understood him what he was saying and felt uncomfortable asking him to repeat himself, additionally I think all the staff work as deamotivated or angry I think they need to be a little more empaticéis, charismatic and smiling. I have always said if you don't like your job in service look for another job that makes you happy, but don't contaminate others with your bad face and bad attitude.

First of all, let me start off by saying I equate Starbucks to Chick-fil-A in that for the most part they usually have great customer service. However, this location the manager needs to learn to have more respect for customers when they place orders especially customized orders.I ordered three shots of espresso with six pumps of vanilla syrup and I asked for it to be shaken. I was not ordering an iced shaken espresso because I did not want any dairy or nondairy substitute in the drink just the espresso and the syrup.Other Starbucks locations have been very accommodating to me in the way that I place this order and they shake it this manager in fact, it was other Starbucks locations that suggested that I ordered the drink this way since I did not want any dairy and they could still shake it and not charge me the same price Espresso .Alena the manager said there was no “shaken”button and because of that she was either going to have to charge me to shake the drink or charge me for an ice shaken Espresso. I told her that did not make any sense to be Charito shake a drink. In fact it’s other locations that encouraged me to order it the way that to save a little money since I did not want any milk. She told me because I was asking for it to be shaken, She was going to charge me for a shaken espresso or she was going to charge me to shake the drink because in her words shaking the drink is “Manual labor”, and she has to charge me for the labor to make the drink.I told her that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard, and other Starbucks do not do this, and she told me she cannot account for what other Starbucks locations do so those were my only two options.I told her no what you can do is type in “Ask me” since there is no shaken button and tell the barista that’s making the drink to shake it. Again she told me she could not do that because she needs to charge me for the “manual labor” for making the drink.I told her she sounded crazy and left. I literally went to another Starbucks down the street where when I asked for the same and guess what he did? He manually typed in “shaken”, and they made it just the way I wanted like the other location.My advice to the store owner would be to address the manager to learn to be less ridged and to be more respectful when a person is customizing their order, there’s no reason that she should’ve charged me for “manual labor” to shake a drink or to tell me that she will charge me for a drink I wasn’t ordered. Saying that out loud just sounded crazy.I will never spend any money at this location ever again, which is a shame because I really enjoyed sitting at that Location since it’s a newer location, but not until they get rid of her or teach her how to have better interactions with customers. She was very condescending when she was speaking to me.I can admit, my tone was harsh, and I should not have said she sounded stupid but in the moment she was very passive aggressive and that was my initial reaction
