Workers automatically put tip without me noticing. Went in the morning for a breakfast sandwich, total was $6.22 which is crazy but whatever. Went up to the window to pay, told them it was Apple Pay and the girl pulled out the thing for me to pay so I tapped my phone to pay. Did not get shown a screen to tip. I pulled off and got a charge for $8.22 on my account. Worker automatically put a tip without me knowing, how ridiculous. Please be cautious when paying.

Last time I was here I didn’t tip and they put a frowny face on my coffee and spit in it. I could tell when I took the lid off because it was just floating at the top of my coffee. Never going back here.

I had a truly excellent visit to this Starbucks thanks to the barista, Ella. Right from the start, she gave me a warm and genuine greeting. What really stood out was her attention and generosity—she proactively offered refills on my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes a huge difference. Give Ella a raise!

I want to share my very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location yesterday, October 2nd around (12-12:30pm).
When I arrived, I waited for someone to take my order, even though the store was not busy. No one approached us until a barista who had been on the phone suddenly decided to take our order once he noticed a line forming.
After receiving my drink and finishing it, I noticed something green at the bottom of my cup. I went to the counter to ask about it, but the first barista ignored me. I then asked another barista, who reluctantly responded but kept saying “I don’t know” to my questions, even when I asked who had made the drink. There were only two people making drinks, so it was clear she could have answered me honestly.
As soon as I raised my concern, I felt everyone suddenly paying attention, which made it even more obvious how I had been ignored earlier. It seemed like some customers were treated well right away, while others—like me—were ignored until staff “felt like” helping.
When I was, a man came over. Instead of apologizing, he immediately dismissed my concern by saying he only saw “ground coffee” and not anything green. He claimed he didn’t know who made the drink and asked me, “What do you want me to do?” Only at the very end did he say “sorry,” but without sincerity or respect. His response was unprofessional, defensive, and frankly dishonest.
This experience left me shocked and disappointed. I used to enjoy this location because it’s close by and new, but after this incident, I will not be returning. Customer service should never depend on whether staff “like” a customer or not. And a manager should know how to handle situations with honesty, respect, and accountability.
I do want to acknowledge that there is one barista at this location—short hair and glasses—who has always been wonderful and provided excellent customer service in the past. Unfortunately, she was not working yesterday.
Until management and staff at this location are trained to treat customers consistently with professionalism and respect, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Oh the humanity. We've actually witnessed the manager verbally attacking an unassuming customer sipping coffee at a table for no reason. There is no place for this kind of behaviors. Shame, she wouldn't even apologize after customers were shaken up. Please train your staff to respect human beings, speak in a professional tone and leave their young entitled personalities at home.

It was quite busy in the morning at the drive-thru. And they handed me the wrong order.
I ordered a hot chai latte and discovered after I drove away that I received a cup of coffee.

I think the Kamahal "the cashier" needs to be nicer and smile a little more, I almost didn't understand what he was saying and felt uncomfortable asking him to repeat himself.
I understood him what he was saying and felt uncomfortable asking him to repeat himself, additionally I think all the staff work as deamotivated or angry I think they need to be a little more empaticéis, charismatic and smiling. I have always said if you don't like your job in service look for another job that makes you happy, but don't contaminate others with your bad face and bad attitude.
