its ok, but stopped going since a few months ago. Manager told me i could not be on the patio area for a quick meeting with a coworker even tho i purchased a coffee? Other coffee options closeby that offer better product and service.

always bad service given from all the girls employees from this location in the morning i’m usually here around @7:30, i come with a small group since this location had good sittting and it almost feels like they get mad about that. one of the employees even said “ they took all the chairs” with an attitude, it’s sad to receive bad service from this location, my food usually takes 30 minutes to be giving to me as well and when i try to ask they just give attitude right away.

on the weekends the staff is a lot nicer! i just have this issue during the midweek!

On Christmas Day...
I drove up and wanted the egg nog latte. It was sold out.
The server made a substitute drink that tasted just like egg not. The customer service was a 10+. Everyone working was smiling.

To be clear this is my neighborhood Starbucks so you already know what to expect. So to my surprise yesterday I went in and waited a few mintues before someone took my order however when they took my order they made me a special order and it really set the tone for a great day. Thank you Lilliana and your manager for your sweet demeanor.

This morning a young lady there I think she’s a manager. She made my day! I explained to her how another Starbucks closed their store due to no water. I had already ordered my coffee using DoorDash. They refused to give me my money back because I didn’t take a picture of the sign that read sorry we’re closed no water. So I was pretty bummed out. This lady took care of me and made it right. She even told me, I hope your day gets better with this. There’s still great people out there. I’ll be going to them from now on. I will gladly tip her for sure.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The day before yesterday, I spent 20 minutes in the drive through. I thought maybe it was just that day, so I went again the day after which is now yesterday as of this post and waited 25 minutes. Honestly, so bad.

there is no reason anybody should be waiting 45 minutes in the drive through with about 5 cars for ONE DRINK! Then he literally handed me the wrong drink until I told him it was suppose to be hot. When he gave me the other drink there was no label on it all stating the name of the drink or modifications for all I know he could handed me any drink just sitting there. What a terrible Starbucks experience.

Very very slow my order is never ready when I arrive. Im always waiting past the pick up time constantly. This morning my order was supposed to be ready by 6:07 here it is 6:14 as i type this review and im still waiting on it. No one has acknowledged me and then they have a store full of people waiting and they stop to take a group photo and the manager says sorry it’s for my boss. I’m certain you’re boss doesn’t know yall are super behind on orders while yall take a group picture. Terrible terrible

slow as hell took their previous time, i would say about 40+ minutes and then tries to give me the wrong order and after i tell them the right order then another employee comes back and tries to give me the same wrong drink after i told them the right drink for the second time and they are very unprofessional and highly don’t recommend this starbucks!!

THIS STARBUCKS IS HORRIBLE I HAD TO WAIT FOR 2 DRINKS, 45 MINUTES. THEY ALWAYS TAKE LONG. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE 2 PEOPLE MAKING DRINKS THEY NEED TO ADD ANOTHER ONE OR MORE. THEY ONLY HAVE 2 PEOPLE MAKING LIKE 50 ORDERS . YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT.
