I've never had such a bad experience at Starbucks. The attitude of "Dis***y" was the worst I've ever experienced and I am really wondering, how such a behavior can be accepted without any consequences. Worst customer service experience. 0 stars for this.

Every since Dominique was moved to another location, morning visits have NEVER been the same. One day I went in and it was closed because they had no one to work it. Recently I went in and asked for the Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew. I waited for 5 minutes for the lady to search through the recipe book only to tell me she did not know how to make it on her own and the store did not have a recipe. I left with no drink. On another visit, the same lady, I asked for an Iced Expresso. Imagine the blank stare on my face when she said, do you mean an Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso because we don't have an Iced Expresso? I literally turned and walked away because I have learned to choose the correct battles. I refused to go to war that day. Days later I went again hoping she would not be there. She was. I asked for something I believe to be more simple, iced peach green tea lemonade + 12 pumps of liquid cane syrup. This drink is under $5. The shock on my face when I saw over $7. I said I know the prices are increasing but I was not expecting over $2 more for tea. She charged me for a Hot Tea Latte Venti + 2 QTY Starbucks Simply. The only good thing I can say about her is that when she is wrong she apologizes and makes an attempt to fix it, but it's just too often. She really should not be left alone until she is comfortable with the menu.

Our barista was nice and our order came out perfect. There's no seating inside. You can only order and pick up your online orders.

African american lady working at 7:24pm on 12/27/2022 did not take my order and gave me a fake code for the bathroom with an attitude not letting me finish talking. I never write reviews but people need to understand that if your life sucks its on you. ?
