Usually always have good customer service at a lot of Starbucks I go to, but this one is a miss. And I’ve gotten good service here before, but it’s not consistent. I went to order a modified hot chocolate, and the drive thru guy seemed very upset I kept adding to the hot chocolate. I originally ordered a tall and then asked for a grande instead. And he asked me, “are you sure you want it a grande?” Like as if changing the size was a major inconvenience on his part. I asked if he was bothered by the order since I can see him on the screen, every time I added a mod, his body language gave off annoyance. and his excuse was there was a new barista on bar. I get it, I’m a barista too, and I’ve had new partners train during peak, but I don’t take it out on customers for lack of planning on where to put baristas. And to also add, there were only two other cars ahead of me, so it’s not like they were slammed with drive thru customers. When I got to the window, the guy doesn’t say hi, doesn’t say oh sorry about the hassle, but he does say that “I don’t have an attitude, our numbers and customer interaction are always great, have a good day” like dude, who says that to a customer? And this is from one partner to another, I can’t imagine what it’s like for customers. So whoever the black guy working nights was, work on your body language and your service . And to add insult to injury they still got my order wrong

It is a great place to go for myself when I want some food, drinks and for our pups treats. The atmosphere is great when I sit. There is enough seating. Never felt crowded. Service has always been great and when we meet for our schools pto at times there for our meetings we are always welcomed.

This store is getting 1 star because of their manager Maria. She wouldn't even listen for once second when I was at the window. Just screamed at me for more money. I was trying to ask why you couldn't add or see the price when ordering online. I got to this Starbucks almost every morning and the customer service is always 5 stars! Sadly their bad managers customer service will hurt her team. Sometimes customers will have simple questions. Try answering them.
