I visited the Starbucks at 12623 Tomball Pkwy today (9/5/2025) and had a wonderful experience. I ordered coffee and a sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the excellent customer service.
Ms. Dee, Ms. Daisy, and Mr. Anthony were the ones who served me, and they were extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. The store itself was very clean, and I noticed that every customer who walked in was greeted warmly. Even the other team members who weren’t directly helping me seemed friendly and courteous.
This location truly goes above and beyond with both quality and service. I’ll definitely be recommending this Starbucks to others and will continue to visit myself.

The worst…. It took them forever to even acknowledge us. The atmosphere was blah and I don’t know it just the vibe was not a Starbucks vibe at all. It was like nothing but windows so lit and I’m used to a cozy dark Starbucks you know

Ana was the rudest barista ever! She gave me an ugly attitude and heard her making fun of her other coworkers weight this is so unacceptable! I love this place but this person makes it sooo ugly and uncomfortable!

I’ve been to this location multiple times due to it being the closest to me and every other time I’ve visited my order isn’t done correctly. Not sure if the baristas weren’t trained properly but it’s a shame that this location is convenient due to the close proximity but I’d rather drive an additional 10 min to the one on 1960 because the quality of beverages are so bad here.

After a full day of caring for all my grandbabies, I stopped by Starbucks and asked the barista to surprise me. He served me a hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, it was the best I’ve ever had! But the best part wasn’t just the coffee, it was the kindness and warm smile that came along with it. Truly uplifting service. Thank you!
I wanted coffe and got a cup of milk. Didn't even have the chance to ask for a remake because she disappeared from the window. this is the second location that sells expensive milk. Ps is the coffe bean ontop of my milk is it supposed to be a joke? Does anyone else feel robbed too?
