I visited the Starbucks at 12623 Tomball Pkwy today (9/5/2025) and had a wonderful experience. I ordered coffee and a sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the excellent customer service.

Ms. Dee, Ms. Daisy, and Mr. Anthony were the ones who served me, and they were extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. The store itself was very clean, and I noticed that every customer who walked in was greeted warmly. Even the other...

After a full day of caring for all my grandbabies, I stopped by Starbucks and asked the barista to surprise me. He served me a hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, it was the best I’ve ever had! But the best part wasn’t just the coffee, it was the kindness and warm smile that came along with it. Truly uplifting service. Thank you!
