Waited over an hour for my coffee only to not get a red cup.. and then my cup wasn’t filled to the top… unacceptable and disappointing.

They don’t even say hi , today they had me waiting, I ordered coffee and one side , then I went to ask how long it was gonna take and after that they just said it’s not coming because they didn’t charge for it. They should start training the staff at the POS station to repeat the order for accuracy when paying.

The interior is quite cozy! It's a beautiful, spacious, and clean place. The staff is generally very pleasant, although I did encounter one person who seemed a bit rude to others and was quite slow in serving my drink.

I just visited the Starbucks on I-45 in Woodridge, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had placed a mobile order for a bagel with cream cheese and a cold brew, expecting my order to be ready by 9:32 AM. While the cold brew was prepared on time, I found myself waiting far longer for the bagel.
By 9:40 AM, after seeing other customers who had just walked in receive their orders, I inquired about the status of my bagel. To my surprise, I was informed by Melissa, who had approached me after I asked for a refund, that they had run out of bagels with cream cheese. What was even more frustrating was her response when I mentioned that better communication could have prevented the situation. Instead of an apology, she replied with an attitude, suggesting that there could have been better communication on both sides.
Just eight minutes earlier, the staff member who had prepared my cold brew told me they were actively working on the bagel, which clearly wasn’t the case.
While I understand that mornings can be busy and hectic at a Starbucks, the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience far worse than it needed to be. I expect better customer service, especially when delays and mistakes occur.
I hope the management at this location takes note of this and works on improving both their communication and customer service to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Service was great I went 20 min before closing and they where still super nice and cheerful! Kassandra was super bubbly loved her personality as she took my order! Restrooms where clean so that’s a plus always.

Friendly staff but it is just so slow I don’t even trust stopping or I will be late. They need to bring in more staff. There are so many mobile orders it is hopeless if you walk in to order.

Great service and a great location so I hate to give it one star but the fact that Starbucks charges you $5 for a decaf is ridiculous.
