I was in the drive thru line for over 20 mins for one coffee my 6month was hungry and crying so my husband went in to ask for hot water to warm her bottle and they refused. She was crying and crying and we could not help her cause we are stuck unable to leave the drive thru. This is horrible to put a baby in a situation like this. Shame on you Starbucks!!!

I recently visited this location only to be denied restroom amenities because I did not make a purchase. I had a meeting in that area and purchase Starbucks earlier that morning. I walked into the store throwing my Starbucks drink in the trash(apparently no one noticed). This is not an inviting environment Iād want to revisit. I simply asked for the code to the restroom and she replied, ādid you buy anything?ā This is the same service as a local gas station. Horrible. Horrible.

I have enjoyed going to this location but these past few times I've gone have been annoying. All the girls that work there spend more time chit-chatting then taking orders. And they dont even call your name once your oder is ready...and when you go look at the drinks you have to check the coffee type to know it's your because there is no name on it. And when you ask them if it's yours they give you attitude. Very disappointed with this location now.

The slowest drive thru I have ever seen
It was in the evening hours and barely anyone inside. I ordered a freshly brewed coffee and coffee cake. I did get the cake promptly but, they completely forgot about the coffee. After quite some time I asked about it and somehow they didnāt know anything about it. Basically I had to tell them again what Iāve ordered . ā Poor Serviceā

Wonderful customer service! Kudos to the manager here! We had a situation where one of my family members couldnāt use the Starbucks app, but the manager quickly stepped in and made the necessary accommodations for us. Big thanks as well to the barista who noticed what was happening, understood the situation, and brought the manager over without us even having to ask. Great teamwork and genuine care, really appreciated.

I go to this location becux its on my way to work was happy they opened it since gulfgate gets so much traffic, this would help. i bank close by and i shop close by. But every time i go thru the drive thru a white girl (Kayla)NOW I KNOW HER NAME. always has a bad attitude. never gives receipts. today she went overboard and i called corporate. hER NAME IS kayla. she refused to give me her name and she refused to let me talk to a manager. i ordered a hot coffee. and danish. every time i ask for anything shes always out of supplies. so i asked her why r u always out of sleeves and u refuse to give me a sleeve with my hot coffee . she responded am i blaming her for starbucks not having supplies??? the way she looked at me and treated me was with disgust. i dont think anyone wants to be treated this way so early in the am with their coffee. i do want to find elsewhere to go. i dont feel comfortable HERE anymore. shes always in the drive thru. always seems cold. has no customer service. i asked for her name and the managers name and a receipt. she refused to give her name or the managers. the other employees are ALSWAYS SWEET AND nice and one young girl came to window and did let me speak with the manager alfonso. Alfonso was professional and said he did hear the conversation and was going to talk to her. I read on herE to go to segundo cofee lab and i do believe in supporting local small businesses. gona try them out. i work hard for my money as so DO WE all. as an owner of a business. i think the owner here should weed out the employees who are not helping you thrive. but enough said. i dont want to come thru here again. NOTE: She gave me a receipt and its a receipt from a starbucks in northwest freeway ( didnt catch that until i had to give info to corporate) which means she may be stealing cash flow money from this store and getting away with it not givin receipts for cash sales. Everyone check your receipts. my orderR waS $12 daily. do the math, if she does this wiTH a lot of customers thats petty theft.

For all the Starbucks closing I only want business from servers that like their jobs. It doesnāt matter the time or day but everyone hereās acts like itāa an inconvenience to make what a customer wants. Iām getting tired of spending my dollars with such entitled establishments. You may the closest location you are not the ONLY location.

Always great service, plus i bought my daughter a cake pop, the register lady had given it to her but i guess another lady didnt know and she called my name for another cake pop, we told a guy and he got it and handed to my daughter said Happy Early Christmas which had my daughter with a kool aid smile. Thank you

Awful service! Awful drinks! Ordered pumkin spice foam cold brew.... They asked if I wanted it hot, when I got it, it looked like dirt. It tasted horrible!
Also ordered caramel ribbon crunch, asked for extra crunchy pieces. He asked if I wanted ketchup. (I don't even think Starbucks has ketchup!) No caramel sauce what so ever and no extra crunchy pieces!
