Always great service, plus i bought my daughter a cake pop, the register lady had given it to her but i guess another lady didnt know and she called my name for another cake pop, we told a guy and he got it and handed to my daughter said Happy Early Christmas which had my daughter with a kool aid smile. Thank you

Awful service! Awful drinks! Ordered pumkin spice foam cold brew.... They asked if I wanted it hot, when I got it, it looked like dirt. It tasted horrible!
Also ordered caramel ribbon crunch, asked for extra crunchy pieces. He asked if I wanted ketchup. (I don't even think Starbucks has ketchup!) No caramel sauce what so ever and no extra crunchy pieces!

Kayla and Espi Service was so amazing, friendly and feel reliable to order at this location other staff as well. Iced pecan crunch oatmeal latte was definitely a one to must try,10/10. Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was 10/10 as well. Highly recommend this location.šā¤ļø

Great service but the actual drink itself was sub par. I got a matcha latte (More milk than matcha)ā¦every time I come, if I do, my drink never tastes like any of the other locations usually very light, watered down ā¦needless to say I learned my lesson right.

I always come to this Starbucks to treat myself and my sister with a sweet treat once in a while and I decided to order the new Pumpkin Spice latte and Iced Chai Pumpkin Tea to get into the Fall season š and Iām not sure, if itās only today that they were going to do this for the mobile order. but, I decided to order it ahead and Once I went inside the store to pick up the drinks, When I grabbed them I noticed it was lighter than it should be and So, I kindly asked the barista that thereās no ice in it and she told me that they didnāt have any ice at all for Mobile order and telling me about it. I was kind of annoyed that I paid money for these baristas to make my drink the way that I wanted and They donāt have any ice. If I wanted a drink that was hot I would make it at home. But, luckily there was ice in my home and I had to make it cold myself. Overall, the Drinks were amazing and they need more improvement on their ice machine or cooler if they were going to run out of ice so soon, In this weather and They need more employees. š

I had order some Caramel ribbon crunch frappucinos, I asked for One without whip cream and one with it, we get to the window they gave us or food but asked us to pull around and wait for our drinks, we did. When we did get our drinks my husband informed the worker that gave it to us that 1 was not supposed to have whip cream, she got annoyed and let out a big sigh, turned around and asked us so cold foam? with an attitude and he said no 1 was not supposed to have whip cream thatās all, so she went back. a couple mins later she came out with two different drinks and an attitude.

Stopped by on my way to school the app ordered a grande even tho I clicked trenta when I explained what happen to someone there they told me to bad an I had to pay the full price they had nothing to do with the app is what he said would never go back to this location as a loyal member here smh

ZERO outlets where to plug in your computer is really stupid.
This morning, the team exhibited poor customer service and had a negative attitude. They were not attentive and took an unreasonably long time to fulfill my order, which seemed like a deliberate oversight. When one team member noticed that I did not leave a tip, she responded by giving me a cold croissant. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the team's professionalism.
