Mo is the greatest! I totally flubbed my coffee order this morning and was pressed for time rushing to my son’s game - that I was already running late to. Mo could sense my frustration & disappointment in my mistake. She wasted no time in kindly correcting my order and had me out the door in no time. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Mo!!

They must’ve hired a new lady because she was very rude and gives you attitude. I definitely try to keep my cool because I am on the clock and I definitely don’t have time to argue with anyone that is rude and disrespectful instead of helping me fix my drink she just gave attitude and then eventually fixed my drink, and then randomly another girl passed me my drinks, which was the original girl. That was the one who took my payment. I don’t know why they would switch keep the other girl that doesn’t talk really loud. She’s very soft spoken. She was nice Kinda. She didn’t really interact much but she wasn’t rude…… thank you for the drinks!!!! I hope she has a better day tomorrow!! Yes I did order a very kind of long complicated order. I guess five drinks was too much….

April at Starbucks on Uvalde, really made my day. Recently I bumped into a car in front of me while ordering my Hot Grande Double-Dirty Chai. Luckily there was no damage done to the nice lady's car. Today I wanted to gift the nice lady a Starbucks gift card but couldn't figure out how. April was so kind, and was willing to take the time to help me. So often we ignore the kindness of strangers but not today. I think you should give April a raise or at least a couple days off with pay. Thanks April.

I write this not even 15 minutes after leaving because this truly was the best Starbucks experience of my life so far. And in a drive through no less, and want to do my part to ensure the credit goes to the amazing team of women working today. Despite the experience starting with being in a drive thru in the rain, I pull up to the window and was greeted by the sweetest, friendliest, and prettiest baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. They asked me about my day, complimented my car, and offered me a drink that was intended to be discarded, whilst smiling and really giving the appearance that this is a team that likes working alongside each other. It felt like the standard by which any customer facing job should uphold, and they absolutely did. The drink (shaken espresso oatmilk with salted caramel foam) was made exactly how I’d asked for it. And even if it hadn’t been, the 5 minute experience at the window would’ve made it taste better anyways. A sincere thank you for an interaction that brightened my day and blessings on the team that took care of me, as well as blessings on the Starbucks location that just became my favorite to visit.

I bought an extra hot Caramel Macchiato, and the people serving me almost always skip the caramel. The person serving me today didn't even put the sleeve on the cup because it was extra hot. She also didn't put the stopper in the cup and wouldn't give me my straw. I don't like the service here on Uvalde and East I-10. Houston
