This place is very small, has no tables to sit, just drive through and take out. They do not welcome you as you enter, and to order is very misleading. We stood in line for 10 minutes and they never took our order or bother to ask if we needed anything. People began to come in and still no greetings so we decided to leave. Happy Saturday to us!

Customer service at this place sucks. I’ve been going here to place my orders and it’s always something. One screw up or another. I went to get my collectors cup and they give me my order and not the cup. So unorganized. Never have merchandise at this location either.

Well, I put in a mobile order. I ordered a grande matcha latte. Tasted great, but I took 3 sips, and I was done with it because it had so much ice. way too much . I ordered standard. I guess I'll ask for no ice next time.

The young black lady with the most beautiful makeup application remade a drink for me that another location made wrong. I explained my situation, showed her screenshots of my convo with the live agent and she happily made my drink
