Very poor customer service. Drive through is backed up all the time. I ordered (in store pickup) today 9/10 when I arrived the patio was marked with caution tape. I was running late for my destination and did not have time to wait in the super long drive through. I got out of my car and went over to the door on the side of the building to ask if I could get my drink there since the patio was blocked off. Someone came to the door and told me I had to go through the drive through even though I explained I didn’t have time to wait. I asked if she could give my drink to me there since she was talking to me. The employee said no and slammed the door in my face. These drinks are too expensive to have to deal with this. Do better- if patio is closed due to repairs turn off the in store pick up option. Don’t assume everyone has time to wait for drive through.

Frequent this place since it's opened because it's close by but find myself holding off getting drinks here due to them using so much ice. Just was curious one day so I poured my grande brown sugar oatmilk espresso into a measuring cup and sure enough only came out to 6oz of actual drink. Not worth the price at all. The ice they use also melts pretty quick so drinks get watery fast if that's something you don't like. I much prefer the clear cubes used at the Starbucks café locations.

Service is hit or miss depending on whose there that day. Most staff is great and is willing to accommodate you.

Went ahead and gave it a shot again today. Asked for lighter ice and they asked if I'd like the difference to be filled with milk so I went for it. No additional charge. Drink it as better than usual and turned this review from a two star to a four star while I waited for my drink in line this morning. My only other complaint is that my brown sugar oatmilk almost never come with powdered cinnamon on top which is kinda surprising. I thought that was part of the recipe.

Very disappointed with this location. I’m allergic to regular milk and everytime I order almond milk they decide to put regular milk, even tho the order says almond milk/no whipped cream…. Of course this is resulting in health issues! You could get sued for this 😕

I left a review a while back we went there again after I had a negative experience because the workers attitudes made us feel unwelcome. But we thought why not give it another chance but the workers have t changed they act as if they can't stand that you are there to order coffee or any other menu items the drinks are also very watered down? I love Starbucks I know you can do better because there is another Starbucks close by that makes phenomenal drinks and the workers greet you and even remember your name this one just so happens to be next to the car wash that's why we went again.... But why am I paying 13-14 dollars for drinks that taste bad and make me feel unwelcome to order.. I know this isn't the owners fault because I'm sure they don't act like this when the owner is around, but you deserve better workers because your workers reflect on your business. You deserve to have workers that are thankful that they get to work at your establishment, especially with how the job market is today. A lot of people would love to have a job at Starbucks. I've worked in customer service/restaurants my whole life and I never treat customers in a way where they feel unwelcome. The workers here want to get paid to do nothing and it's not right to the customer or the owner! Step it up guys... I'm willing to give it one more go maybe but if it's just gonna be the same experience I'd rather just go to the one by the Kroger by Katy freeway...

Seriously? It was supposed to be a little ice, and they didn't even mix it well. The worst part? It's not the first time. I used to think it was because they were so busy, and I tried to understand and be patient, but that day it was clear and there were only a few people!

Typical Starbucks. Very warm and friendly staff at the window. Only issue - I was given the wrong drink and didn't realize it until I was at work so unable to go back and get correct one.
