I asked for a venti cup of ice with three scoops of matcha at this location since I am working from home today. I usually get this at the starbucks location at my job & combine it with a protein milk to hit my protein goals. It costs about $3 since they charge $1 per scoop of matcha. The lady then tells me she is going to have to charge me for the full price of a latte even though I am not getting a full latte?? What sense does that make? None! I just left because that’s ridiculous & makes no sense. Like be for real. It’s not like I am asking for it for free. I am simply asking to get what I am paying for. Not to be overcharged under the guise of “that’s not a standard drink”

Need to hire better Night Shift baristas. Joana or whatever the hispanic evening shift worker is needs to learn how to not have such a nasty attitude when corrected on not making a drink right, and then to sit and make ugly faces and stupid remarks when SHE IS NOT the paying customer is something else. Really bad representation of the company. Nobody pays 7$ per drink to get bad service.

The girl working the drive through today 8/26/25 around 9am was extremely rude. I asked for a straw with my drink and she was very visibly upset. She then asked if I could get out of the drive-thru. I go to this Starbucks frequently and I am unsure if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but I hope management can correct her behavior. I went to tip and she also put 0 before I could put my own tip amount. When did the drive-thru employee start delegating what I was able to tip? Do better.

Oops, I dropped my tea and it went everywhere 🙈 I tried to clean it, but they were like “nope, we got it!” Then they brought me a fresh cup without me even asking. 10/10 hospitality — made me feel so taken care of!

This is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited multiple times, and despite always having a full staff on duty, the service is consistently slow. It’s frustrating when there are plenty of employees but no sense of urgency or efficiency. Mind you I always order 15 mins ahead on the app too. Please don’t go here if you to be to work on time

The attitudes at this location are ridiculous. 4/29/25 at 8am. They didn’t put the lid on my frappe properly, so the whole top of the drink fell on me when they handed me it. I wasn’t even mad, but asked if they could simply fix it and the girl in the window said “well I put it on there so.. I don’t know how the lid wasn’t on or what you want me to do”. I tried to talk to the manager and he said “ok. Well she works everyday. So” 8 am attitude from everyone is crazy.

I don’t usually go to Starbucks but this one has amazing customer service and they are always on point with the coffee.
We love seeing their extra little thank you notes or drawings on the cup! It makes my day!!

I tried the lavender oat latte. The lavender flavor is strong. It's definitely unique, but it's a bit too strong for me. The potato chive bake is really good!
